A quick stop at a local Best Buy and bought the 3.5 mm audio cable to connect to the vehicle's sound systems. The 3' length is just right to connect your I pod or I phone without getting entangled or in the way. The ends seem to be of good quality and easy to grasp. The cable it self is not heavy duty but for the price and versatility it was quite good.

Good low cost audio cable

I found that the twisted cable was always causing cutouts, one speaker working and static. So far the aforementioned problems have not happened with this cable
