The fridge arrived damaged. The bottom part where the refrigerant is was bent and damaged causing the fridge to sit crooked. The box was not damaged. So, it must have been packaged that way. **SIGH** Unacceptable.

it was dented on the top when received, but the Fedex box was not, so I'm not sure it was in delivery. Best Buy chat was helpful, and was going to provide a replacement and a box to send back, but it was just too big and not worth my ambition for a work fridge that I can't see from my house LOL A small credit would have been nice, but so goes life. I just plugged it in, so we'll see!

It has great storage capacity for such a small fridge

Received a little bit late but it did not have a dent or scratch on it too early to give a full review.

The first one we ordered was lost during shipping so had to wait additional time for the new one to be sent. When this one arrived we took it to the office to set it up and when we unboxed the item it was dented and scratched up. Looked to be used not new.

Mini fridge came damaged was not new look used dent in right hand corner yellow stain in fruit compartment picture u see was already cleaned but u still see stain why u ship something like this box was damaged beat up I could of paid lot cheaper for open box like advertised I was not happy they refunded me 25$ to my account. But it’s the idea that u ship something like this!!!!

Nice mini refrigerator. Unfortunately it was damaged.

The first one I received had a dent in the door a yellow stain on the inside lining of the door and a large crack in the bottom lining. The box for the replacement was severely damaged and it looks like the top had been struck by a metal object. The attached photos show the damage. Customer service refunded my money instead of sending me a second replacement. They also insist on having UPS pick up the damaged ones and UPS is not calling to arrange pick up ahead of time. If this was my first Best Buy order it would have been my last.

They delivered the damaged one for me (see pictures). It’s a cheap price so I don’t want to call them to exchange. I won’t buy anything from Best Buy anymore.

This is mini fridge number two and it’s dented also. I’m 30 miles from a Best Buy and they do not carry them in store! I feel that a partial refund is due! I’ve already made two trips to return the first one because the store was closed the first time.

Be aware before ordering that the fridge came dinged in 2 corners and scratches all over. The box it came with wasn’t damaged at all so it was shipped from the warehouse already damaged.

This fridge runs quiet, has ample space and even has a light inside ( you don't see this often in mini fridges). I like the set-up on the door for storage. No freezer compartment allows for more cooling space, just what I needed.

I wanted a mini-fridge to replace one in my backyard island but didn't want one with a freezer as this option is useless when all I want to do is keep drinks cold. This fridge met all of my qualifications and is a nice addition to my island. Although it was packaged as well as could be expected, the shipping company still managed to put a dent in the lower portion of the door. Since it's not all that noticeable, I opted to keep it and not bother with the hastle of returning it and waiting for a new one to arrive.

Needed a new small frig for my office right away, and like most sane people I went looking for a Danby. Unfortunately the only one available immediately was one with a freezer, and I wanted just a refrigerator, So, I took a chance on this Insignia. The good: It’s cold and quiet….no complaints here. It was on sale and $100 less than a comparative Danby. The bad: It wants to tip forward when you open the door, and yes, I have the legs set to level the frig. The drawer is horrible, and whoever designed the soda can rack on the door should consider another profession as you have to wrestle the cans from it. In fact, all of the door storage is bad. Finally, the door is reversible but the process is way more difficult than it should be. Look, if you’re not in a rush or on a budget then get a Danby.

Needed a small fridge for my teenage son to keep snacks and sodas in. It works great. No wasted freezer space (didn’t need it). Keeps everything cold. Not noisy at all.

This is a perfect size fridge for the extras. It keeps things cold, plenty of space options, runs quiet and pleased with the quality

We use it as a beverage cooler. Since there is no freezer the entire box is useable. It will hold a little over 36 twelve ounce cans. It is very quiet in operation and requires only a low temperature setting to keep everything icy cold. This is our second machine as the first one was badly damaged in transit. Best Buy's response was immediate and shipped us a replacement on the spot! Great customer service and satisfaction! I can recommend this fridge and Best Buy without hesitation.

Do you want a fridge that keeps things cold? This does it. Do you want a fridge that is quiet? This is quiet. Do you want a fridge that gives you your bang for your buck? This is it. The only thing I would mark it down for is that it can get really cold in the back and can freeze liquids if you keep it on the recommended setting. I turned mine down to 2 1/2, still plenty cold. I like it so much that I was considering getting another one for my art studio.

The fridge is extremely spacious within but doesn't take up a lot of space as a whole! It keeps my food and drinks cold and you'll never know it's there because it's silent! If you don't have to have a fridge with a freezer, this is your best bet!!! I'm very satisfied with it!
