I wasn't rough at all with it. Length is way too short too

Went back into the store to get mocked by the manager and another employee who said there was no warranty on this item or exchange policy and made me pay for new one. I had to come back a third time to show them on their site how it does have a warranty. Treated terribly. Took a week to fix something that should have taken minutes.

Posted .Sorry for your bad experience. You need to open the USB debug mode on the Android phone for this connection.
