Went back into the store to get mocked by the manager and another employee who said there was no warranty on this item or exchange policy and made me pay for new one. I had to come back a third time to show them on their site how it does have a warranty. Treated terribly. Took a week to fix something that should have taken minutes.

Biggest reason, is it would not stay plugged up into my phone. It also had looked like the product had previously been used when I took it out of the package, probably for the same reason.
