I love this little freezer, perfect size for my small condo. Enough room for my 6 dozen tamales I freeze after Christmas and room for so much more. This unit is very quiet and freezes quickly. The best part was the price on sale for $117.

Bought this for my niece , she loves it , it fits a lot of stuff inside , it has the basket for smaller items , it’s been working beautifully , and it is not to big for those of you with not a lot of space !!!

I bring meals to work to save. Would buy alot of frozen meals and ran out of space in refrigerator freezer. I keep in garage and its super quiet, keeps everything frozen and its enough space for a week of meals and a ton more. No complaints!

All I needed was a small freezer and this little Insignia was just what I needed. Started out with an odd hum but has recently become quite. Really enjoying my freezer.

So far so good with this little freezer. I have it in our attached garage and since it's not a garage freezer, I'm not sure how it's going to fare year round but the price was reasonable and it's the perfect size to store a few extras. We picked it up at the store so no issues with shipping. It was as simple as unpacking and plugging it in. I am very sensitive to odors so we did let it air out for a week along with washing the inside walls before plugging it in and placing food in it. The odor was not overwhelming as some people described in their reviews and dissipated after airing out for a week. The inside started to get a very thin layer of frost after about 3 weeks. We are now in the 2nd month of use and there is still not much frost build-up, but it is currently winter in the midwest. Working perfectly right out of the box, hoping it will last in the garage through the temperature extremes in a midwest climate!

I've wanted a chest freezer for a while and finally decided to get one this summer. I purchased this 3.5 cubic foot chest freezer in early June because the 5.0 wasn't available. I was worried it would be too small but it's perfect for me. I live alone and it's perfect to handle overflow from my fridge's freezer. I love to stock up on meat when it's on sale so this is perfect for that. I also have bags of frozen veggies, shrimp, and ice cream. I like to buy fresh fish off the fishing piers and after I clean them I store them upright in a soda bottle with water and they'll thaw out perfectly fresh. I even fit a few bags of ice to have on hand for cocktails. Don't hesitate to purchase this item. I used my Capital One card so I'll get another year on the manufactor's warranty. Thaks Best Buy for the 10% birthday discount, too!

Its very quiet and stays cold. It’s great for keeping your overflow items. The basket is convenient for smaller items, including extra breast milk! It’s the freezer we didn’t know we needed, haha. Pickup was a breeze and setup was super simple.

Perfect size to supplement my refrigerator freezer, and give me the extra freezer capacity that I wanted. Now I have the extra room for frozen items on sale to relieve the "upstairs" overloaded freezer. Quiet operation.

Really likethis freezer for the money! Ordered this online and it was ready for pickup a day early. It's not too heavy and is large enough to hold frozen pizza boxes, I carried it down into the basement myself. I wanted to attach casters to the bottom to make it easy to move around but two of the "feet" are inset about 6 inches and that would have made it a bit tipsy so I purchased a movers dolley from a discount tool retailer for $8 and lengthened it to the dimensions of the chest. I use it to freeze refrigerated products (beef, chicken etc.) and it freezes them solid rather quickly. It has been quietly maintaining 0 degrees.

I love this chest freezer not too small or too big . Perfect and it works like a charm you can’t even hear it if it is on or not. This freezer doesn’t waste a lot of energy . I definitely recommend this freezer.

A lot of space inside and doesn’t take up too much space in my home. Items are always cold and very low maintenance on freezer.

I was lucky to buy this online and have it shipped to the store since they are pretty much sold out! Great chest freezer. It's compact, but has a lot of space for the food. Great addition to my apartment with a small freezer.

We needed a small freezer for overflow from our fridge, one not too costly to operate and small enough to fit in space available in the garage. I'd been looking for awhile but wanted a good price. Found best buy running a sale and their price was great for the 3.5 cu ft chest freezer. This one does require manual effort to defrost but it is small and light enough to handle this with no problem. Most of all it fit what we needed for a nice low price. It was delivered to the store for pickup. It's been working great to store extra meat, ice cream, and frozen vegs.

This freezer is perfect for a single person or two. Very quiet and very lightweight and doesn't take up alot of space. Value is and price are excellent

It's the perfect size for me and works great so far. I've had it a month and everything is working as it should. It's so quiet I don't even know it's running and it's the perfect size that'll fit in any corner of your house or apt. My apt. refrigerator freezer is so small I couldn't get much in it so when I saw this for $119. I had to get it.

This was the perfect size for me! I bought this freezer because I was putting my dog on a raw diet and need room to have his food. Lightweight and easy to move around. Gets cold really quick too!

We bought this freezer to tide us over while we replaced a refrigerator that died suddenly. We kept it because it serves us well. It is small, so don;t plan on putting in a side of beef. But it unobtrusive and quiet. It is NOT frost-free (most chest freezers aren't). But we have had it operating fro a couple of months now and no frost build-up yet. Nice little unit that can augment a freezer with the fridge.

Got it on sale, was crossing fingers it would work out and be good. So far, so good! Holds a good amount of food for 2 people and is nice and cold.

This freezer holds a lot of food. All the food , including ice cream keeps Frozen. It runs Very Quiet - you do not hear it .Overall it is a very good freezer. I Recommend this to anyone who needs more freezer space.

We live in an apartment with a standard freezer. Needless to say, not much room for extras, especially frozen pizzas or bulk buys. We bought this to ensure our food stayed frozen and to have extra room for those larger items. We loved how quickly it came to temp. The basket is useful and we keep smaller frozen items there. For the size, we feel it has a good capacity. We recommend it for those with a tight space but the need for additional storage.
