Works great, as expected. Small enough to fit comfortably in our apartment without taking up a bunch of space while still doubling our freezer space. All in all we’ve had no issues except that we did store pickup and the unit we originally received was damaged. They made us drive that unit back to exchange it for one that was not damaged. A pain, and huge inconvenience we were disappointed Best Buy refused to make right by allowing us to return by mail/BestBuy pickup, but it’s no reflection of the product itself, which has worked great.

This freezer works like a charm perfect size stays outta your way is very quiet love that it will defrost on its own.

I purchased this nice little freezer for my small kitchen. I didn't expect alot but it has turned out to be perfect for my needs. My refrigerator has a standard small upper freezer so I needed more room, but not a large freezer. It holds a surprising amount of food, yet it takes up very little space in my kitchen. The price was excellent from Best Buy and I am glad I purchased it.

so far so good. the chest freezer is a welcome addition to your refrigerator whose freezer compartment is not as large as the ref section. we have had it now for a month. so far no problems. it plugs to a regular wall power outlet. This unit is affordable and worth it. We got it with a slight scratch on top lid. i wonder if this happened while the unit was being packed in the factory. This was the only unit left in the store. Exchanging it with another unit with no blemishes was not possible at that time

Great little freezer. I would purchase this again I always had an overflow in my freezer and constantly fighting to find something or keep it from falling out. Well one day I didn’t close my freezer door tight enough and you can imagine the rest I immediately went to Best Buy and ask them for a small freezer the store clerk help me I bought it on the spot was able to take it home in my jeep I am a little person but I was actually able to get this in the home myself plug it in and set it up and as quickly as it got cold which was fast I started

Initially, I was looking for a black upright stainless steel freezer chest to take home right away. I made this purchase for 2 reasons. 1) BestBuy had this particular model in store. 2) Because of it small capacity it fits perfectly in my washroom. For me, this is more convenient versus placing it in the garage. It runs really smooth and has ample space to store items for my family of 4. So far, I think it was an excellent purchase for the money.

I have owned this chest freezer for greater than a year now, and haven't had any problems with it. Good quality. I placed it in my basement, and did set it up on bricks to keep it off the floor. I don't know why I didn't purchase it sooner! Love it! It's a great size for one person or for a smaller family, as you will find yourself buying those frozen items on sale and saving money. Just the convenience alone of having the extra freezer space is awesome!

At 3.5 cf it’s a small freezer, but for two it serves the need. Able to get a good amount of items in. Set up is easy, operates very quietly.

Very standard box freezer. No frills. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it pretty well. It's not quite silent, but is pretty close to it. Only issue was getting it level. Perfect size for small apartments, will slide into almost any nook.

I purchased one of these freezers for sticking up on meats during the covid-19 initial outbreak and it was perfect for our family of 4. It's small and compact to fit in our kitchen but also large enough to hold enough frozen supplies for weeks if not months. We were so pleased I recommended to a friend who purchased one also. Excellent price and great quality. Haven't had any issues with the daily working either.

Wanted a small deep freezer and this freezer fulfill my demand. Great size especially if you have small apartment and it is contains plenty of food. Best things is, it's very quite, run swiftly and change the looking appearance of your kitchen. I bought white color, 3.5 Cu. Ft and I would recommend it to others. Ordered for curbside pick-up with my SUV and I able to unloaded and bring it inside my home by myself. I am very happy with Best Buy's services also. Thanks to all best buy employee.
