Purchased in December 2017. Quit working in August 2018. Under warranty. Got a replacement, no charge. Second one quit working in July 2019 (less than a year later). Warranty was good from the *original* purchase date, so no replacement. My request for a discount on a name-brand unit was denied.

However, there was a small dent on the front of freezer. Did not go through process of returning it for such a small dent.
