Great size for a small family to pack the extras. Quiet and runs great!!!

I bought this because my 2nd refrigerator died. I didn’t need more refrigerator space so I decided a small free-standing would be good. It has worked out extremely well. It fits in a nook in a hallway near the kitchen and it is so quiet no one knows it’s there. I am very happy with this freezer.

Small but holds alot, excellent temp control and fits in perfect next to fridge

I love the depth and the shelf and baker are what makes it all work. We bought is as an extra freezer so we could stock up just a little. It’s size is perfect!!! It fit perfect between my refrigerator and buffet like it was meant to be right there. I’m a very, very happy customer well I tried to put five stars but am not able to put emojis

I like this product a lot. It's just the right size. It can hold ice and lots of foods. Easy to install. I got it delivered by geek squad. And the two guys were awesome bringing it in to my kitchen. I just unboxed it which was really easy and neat. All I did was slide the box up and off. Its also quiet. No noise at all.

I have been using this freezer for about 5 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It's sitting in my kitchen in my 1200 sq ft house and I never hear it. I let it sit for 24 hours after I brought it home per the instructions and have had absolutely no problems. Food stays frozen. No regrets!

Purchase made since the pandemic. Needed space to store items that needed to be frozen; space in fridge not enough. This is perfect size for apartment living. It's quiet and blends in well with my other appliances. Easy set up and fit right into the back of my SUV. Curbside pickup made it easy to collect. The attendant was very helpful.

Works great and I love the size. It was easy to move.

I love that my chest is small enough to fit in the corner of my dinning room. It's not that heavy. Easy to move around and also cool very fast once i plugged it in and set the temp. I placed my frozen item in there and I'm satisfied with the way its keeping my food cold and frozen. Doesn't burn so mich energy. It is an energy saver.

Purchased last one from Best Buy pre-pandemic but I have no clue when. It's light enough for two old women to carry it down some steep steps. I got this one out of our car by putting it on a slant and sliding it out. Last one, the car was level and two of us got it out. It works. We haven't had a problem with the first one. The timing is perfect because it needs to be defrosted. You have to let it stay upright for 24 hours before turning it on or risk damaging the unit. The size is small and placement inside the deep chest is awkward but in these horrible times, we need another freezer since butcher shops are selling items in bulk now. We looked for a 2nd Insignia after the pandemic hit us badly but no stores in a 250 mi. radius had them. I stumbled on this one accidentally when looking for a different item. In spite of my sign in name (WhatQuality), this seems to be a rare beast these days that is cheap w/enough quality built in it. I don't feel ripped off. For $150 it just can't be beat even if it only lasts a year. I was shocked that it's working so well without an increase to our electric bill.

Perfect size and gets really cold! Holds a LOT of food!!

It's doing what it's supposed to do! And , it's really quiet. It's brand new, so " obviously" I haven't had any issues with it, though I feel it was really affordable and it's working great. It was easy to pick up at the store , and they even wheeled it out for me.

Needed extra freezer storage with everything that's going on. Came across this and decided to give it a try since it was insignia. I've never been disappointed with that brand. It's the perfect size for one or small family. It doesn't take up much space and you can barely hear it running. I would definitely recommend this freezer!

Couldn't find freezer as small ones have been sold out due to pandemic. Wanted a 5 cu/ft . Finally Best Buy got this Insignia 3.5 cu/ft which I jumped on. Was surprised How much it holds. Now very happy I didn't get the larger size. Perfect for freezer storage we needed to reduce trips to grocery store in these trying times.

The size of this chest freezer is perfect for a corner inside your home or in your garage. It stores just enough food to compliment your the space in your refrigerator/freezer in your home. I price matched similar freezers from other stores but they were much more expensive, so glad I was able to get this deal on sale.

I absolutely love this freezer! Not only is it the perfect size to fit right in my kitchen, it allows me to stock up on foods on sale and make fewer trips to the grocery store. Most of the freezers I saw were way too big and cost 5x as much. I was so happy to find this freezer and at an affordable price.
