If you don't have a flatbed pickup truck to transport it upright, and have to lay it down on its side, they make you wait 24 hrs before turning it on. Even a Suburban cannot carry it sitting upright! Very very good for the 30 days I own it. If it fails 1 day after (24 months) warranty expires, I will be too fed up to comeback and write a review update. I probably cannot find this review again, anyway.

Bought this for my girlfriend. Her refrigerator freezer is always packed. Stuff constantly falls on me. I’m just looking for ice cream, man. Anyways she flipped with this, she’s so excited to go to Costco now. The fridge works as expected. Has one basket in it. Home delivery was great too. Placed where we wanted it and gone, no trash in 5 minutes. Both wore masks and looked like Best Buy ninjas in their all black outfits (including the masks).

My only regret about this chest freezer is not getting it sooner! My family likes to grocery shop a lot--we have a mild phobia of running out of food which completely escalated during this pandemic. We were always running out of freezer space in our main fridge long before the pandemic, and now that we have an emergency grocery inventory, our main freezer space didn't stand a chance. I was very skeptical about the size of this chest freezer as I'm not familiar with cubit ft. sizing. 3.5 cu ft. sounded small but it was one of the only few options that I had or I had to get a 7 cu ft. which sounded too much for what I was going to use it for. Happy to report that 3.5 cu ft. is the perfect size for my 4-person family to be used as a supplemental freezer. It is DEEP and spacious. We have been filling it up every weekend with each grocery run, and still haven't filled it up half way yet. When they said each cubit ft should hold about 30 lbs, I can attest that this is very true. With skillful organization, you could likely even fit more! Coldness wise--haven't had any issues with it. The temperature adjuster seems to be on the sensitive side which can be a bit tricky to control. If you move it 2 millimeters, it could mean a matter of a few degrees difference. If you are very specific about how cold you like your freezer to be, you might find this feature to be challenging. For those of us that don't care as long as the food freezers, this gets the job done. Noise level--non-existent. Mind you, we keep it in the garage where we generally don't hear anything. However, when we are in the garage, it is as quiet as can be. Value: Amazing! I did some research and compared prices on other online sources before deciding on this one. I checked Amazon for chest freezers that were similar in size and features, and almost all of them were almost double the price with very poor reviews. This was such a worthy pandemic purchase. Will keep it for years to come.

We have a very small unit and this product fits perfectly. We have only had it for about 3-4 weeks, but so far it works perfectly.

Very happy with the freezer, it was easy to set up does not take up a lot of space and it works well.
