I did home delivery, which was easy. Product is light upon delivery. I’m 5’3” and can still reach the items at the bottom. The only con is it does make a ringing noise 80% of the time so I’m happy mine is in the basement.

Great experience with pick up

A store employee came to my car as soon as I parked so I didn't even have to use the app to notify them. And the wait to get my item was very short. Next time I need an appliance I'll be shopping Best Buy, not Lowe's. The freezer is working great and was competitively priced.

I've was constantly running out of space in my freezer trying to keep it stocked during this pandemic so I don't have to go out as much and my freezer was filled to the brim so much so I had to seal it shut with tape. This freezer is giving me all of the extra space I need and I've been able to load it up and STAY well stocked.
