I order this chest freezer online in late May to early June of 2021 and everything works fine. Delivery was quick and unboxing was easy with no dents. 5 Stars!

This is a great freezer! Highly recommend! Super roomy and I love the little shelf for smaller things.

I absolutely love my freezer, it's quiet and have alot of space. It's also not too big so it's easy to find space for it.

Customer service was awesome. The first one came in damage,But had no problems replacing it.

So far so good, it seems to freeze ok but not as cold as expected for a chest freezer, I hope it last me a couple years or else I’m going to be very disappointed.

Works perfectly, the freezer keeps ice cream and meat frozen. So far so good.

I have it storaged in my garage with the necessary space for air flow however it periodically leaks. The freezer is cold and it maintains my food it just leaks all over my garage. At the time of this post it's been leaking for 4 days now.

I have purchased a new GE dishwasher from Best Buy online (+$900). The Home delivery was quick, and smooth, delivery crew dropped big box in my kitchen and left, all took about 5 min. I was wondering why they didn’t ask me to sign any papers, but since my name and address ware on a sticker, I didn’t ask. When I opened the box, the dishwasher looked great, protective foil at the front, on the panel, and lots of protective tapes, like on every new appliance. But when I opened the dishwasher …. Surprise…. Inside looks like the dishwasher was used for some time, scratches on the walls along the baskets’ wheels, stains, wear off washers, and dirty water inside the filter. When I removed the insulation fabric, which surprisingly just loosely lay on the dishwasher, I found out that someone was trying to fix leaking chamber, there was a lots of freshly applied sealant on all seams, the sealant job looks very sloppy. Best Buy sold me a refurbished appliance as a new one! It is a disaster! Very disappointed!

It’s a great freezer for the price! Ours came with a decent dent in it right out of the box, which we were pretty disappointed about.

I picked this freezer up in Hickory because that the Best Buy that had the freezer and was closest to my home in Greensboro. The service was helpful and due to the COVID-19 crisis, I stayed in my car while the loaded it. After I got home, 100 miles away, and unboxed the freezer, I found a huge dent in the side where apparently someone picked it up with a forklift and crunched the corner in. It works and I'll probably have to keep it, but it looks like a dumpster find. Make sure you open the box before you leave Best Buy. It not easy to get in to get with Customer Service during the pandemic either.
