For a single small freezer, this one is perfect. Of course, you can always get a bigger version if you need it. 3.5 cu ft is fine for a small family.

Had to purchase when my 6 year old Samsung fridge died on me so that I would not lose all my frozen foods waiting for my new fridge to arrive in 4 days. I absolutely love the size as it fits perfectly between the end of my counter and a 4 -tier shelving unit. I've a very small kitchen and it fits perfectly and allows for that extra freezer space I often need although I'm single! I love to cook and bake so I truly appreciate this space. It is quiet running as well. I've only had for a few weeks so can't rate according to longevity but appreciate it so far!
