Best Buy replaced it and the second one did not have that strong odor. Not sure if the refrigerant was leaking in that first one or what. Anyway, the second one doesn't have that odor and appears to be working and staying cold. The size is perfect and meets my needs.

You just plug it in and it works, just like any other chest freezer. Thankfully they have not changed anything, this is the same chest freezer design that has worked for decades. We rent a tiny house with a tiny fridge, and this was the cheapest and easiest way to save more food. It lives in our living room next to the tv since it is so quiet.

I got it for breast milk storage and it has plenty of space for my freezer stash and all our other needs. It fit perfectly in our laundry room so we didn’t need to take up more space in the kitchen.

Great extra storage

After looking at many different options I chose this because it would fit in our small kitchen and has a great capacity to hold our food when the fridge freezer is overflowing. i am happy with this purchase and it has been super useful.

I have a small storage closet on my balcony, this fits perfectly. I've never had an issue with it not freezing, it is quiet. I have even accidently left the lid open once and everything stayed frozen, even the stuff at the top. It was open for about 24 hours.

I purchased on line on the way to Best Buy in San Angelo, Texas. Within 5 minutes of me arriving they had the order at the door ready to go. That was due to the lady at the service desk going out of her way to make it happen, because I told her I had meat that would spoil. Will definitely buy from Best Buy again just because of that!! Great job! Love the new freezer! Works great!
