The people at the store were very helpful, especially getting it to my car. Once I got it home, unpacked and plugged it in. I highly recommend washing the interior.

It initially seemed like an upgrade from the Xfinity system I had, I get much faster speeds in all corners of my condo when everything is working- however I've learned fast speeds mean nothing if your devices constantly disconnect or buffer during real world usage, afterall it only takes ~25 mbps of bandwidth to stream in 4k; I got well above that with the xfinity setup, now with this I get up to 1000 mbps when testing in areas that the xfinity system gave me 200 mbps, so that sounds like an upgrade; initially I had a lot of issues with my iPhones getting stuck in a connect-discconnect loop, they did fix that with a firmware update, however with the latest firmware, now my devices appear to be connected to the wifi but don't have internet access - this is affecting a broad range of devices, including my iphone and most troubling my home security system...Also radomly while scolling on our phones feeds stop loading or videos buffer even though we have strong wiFi connection, Streaming on our TVs will sometimes buffer or drop quality... We didn't have this many issues with xfiinity, and I have posted on ASUS forums and got responses indicating others are sharing the same issues and frustrations. At this point I really wouldn't recommend this system, it's specs are solid, and there's tons of customizable features in the setup, however the stability issues are very frustrating. Its too late for me to return or I definitely would; I'm holding out hope that they will fix these issues with firmware updates, and hopefully ASAP... If stability improves in the future I will try to remember to edit this review with the updates.
