Faulty

Under Warranty and No Help

The machine is still under warranty and I’ve called the store and customer service for 2 days and no help. I’ve lost 300 dollars worth of meat and had to purchase another.

On my second one

Got a damaged piece

3.5 Cu ft Insignia chest freezer

Died after 90 days of use

Was working fine one day and totally stopped the next day. Blue power light is in faking you into thinking it is still working. No frost had accumulated. Tried defrosting anyway. Lost about $100 worth of food.
