It works and its like. Just an eyesore with the dents. Seems to happen alot on these type of items. Even if you get it delivered or you pick it up. I picked up mine.

Been working for a little under a month now. We'll see how long it lasts. Came with a pretty significant dent near the compressor. Hopefully, doesn't affect it.

I received a damaged freezer. Was told a replacement would be coming. I have tried calling multiple numbers and haven’t found cereal person to ask or schedule with yet. Terrible service. I still have the damaged freezer and am still waiting for a replacement

I was really hoping this would work out. Previous reviews all said the same thing, that the unit arrives damaged quite often. I noticed the box beat up when I went to pick it up, I told the associate if it was damaged I didn’t want it, told me no problem just bring it back. I should have opened it in the parking lot and save gas and time but of course I didn’t. When I got home, of course there were a bunch of areas the unit was dented, all very noticeable. I put it back in the box and drove back and as promised, my return was processed quickly. I just wish these things were packaged better, it was a great price and I had high hopes for it.

So far so good. Delivery/Installation option was worth the extra cost to reject delivery if any shipping damages, which happens sometimes. Installation was not difficult, easy access to garage, but contracted delivery people were personable, removed shipping cardboards, plugged in unit and confirmed freezer started before departing. Unit chilled quickly within 30 minutes and frozed a bottle of water solid overnight. Temperature stable at -10°F after a few hours and has been working past 1-2 weeks. Clean white exterior looks fresh and with no exposed compressor openings keeps design complete. LED light on top lid is worth the extra cost, is very useful, as suggested by other reviewers. Very quiet, can barely hear anything when compressor running. Magnetic top keeps cold air in, versus upright models which leak cold air every time door is opened. It is a little difficult to reach down to the bottom, but not too bad. Upright units more convenient, but chest units had better reliability, and easier defrost, so worth the trade-off. Long reliability still untested, but 4.6/10 customer ratings is promising and hoping that Best Buy would warrantee their own brand better. Great value when on sale coupled with periodic free Best Buy credits.

I've only had this freezer about a month. It was the perfect size for the space I had available to put it in. Love the built in light inside. First time I've ever seen that. Also like that the controls are down in the front . Easy to see & reach. It came with one little slider basket but really wished it had two.
