What I don't like is the store can't take your calls you get sent to hotline. I miss customer service with actual stores you go in person answering your phone call.

I wanted something simple and easy so I could talk "handsfree". I was directed to the Insignia 3.55 Wired Earbud and the rest is history! I love these earbuds and I went back to purchase another pair, just in case they get discontinued.

These definetley are not as good as the beats headphones I was replacing the pads on. They will work fine for cheap headphones.
