We watch movies on the plane sometimes and this was a great option to share the iPad. I did pair it with a USB-C/3.5mm jack as well and between all connections there was no noticeable loss of sound quality (I do use stock earbuds). Great analog solution!

I had one initially that I'd bought a few months prior to this one, which looked "beefier" but didn't do the job well. My wife and I can hear both channels much more clearly on our individual headsets with this model. Very satisfied.

I purchased this splitter cable so I can hook up 2 sets of wireless headsets for my outdoor TV. I was easy to install of course, and I have had no issues with it.

Headphone Jack splitter.
