They are crap and Best Buy should be embarrassed to even stock tis item.

Utter garbage, I had hopes of using this to connect my Z625 speakers and a headset to my new gaming laptop but after plugging it in and just trying to use my speakers without even plugging in my headset the hum was unbearable, I then tried just using my headset and had the same issue. I then dared to try both connected thinking maybe this was a grounding issue and still had the same problem. I would return these but by the time I had the chance to test it, it was past the return date.

headphone jacks very poor connection, they wobble around in the jack.

This product is poorly made. Plug broke off in my IPad after first couple days of use making splitter useless and potentially damaging my iPad. This Insignia products not well made. Do not but buy. Radio Shack (RIP) had better higher quality splitter which was lost and this was intended to replace.

After showing and explaining that I was looking for a sub adapter for my computer headset that had plug ins into a usb connector I was shuffled back and fourth from associate to associate and none new what they were doing. When they showed me this item I was assured this would work....got home ....and it didn't work when plugged into my computer ports. Horrible service and yet again more loss in the faith of Best Buy . This is why I use Amazon most of the time now.

For the sound quality, which basically didn't work at all, this item is priced way too high. Don't waste your time, go with one that has adjustable volume for both jacks. I will be returning this item, for a lower priced, higher quality option.

Literally used one time. Tried using the 2nd time, three days later, and one of the outputs had stopped working. Used different headphones to test multiple times and same result. It's just a crap product.

Bought for both to watch movie on flight. Only split headphones one right and one left. Disappointing. Purchased a bluetooth splitter when returning this one. Haven't used yet. States has 15 hours usage per charge.

Item was missing and presumed stolen from the box. Tried to call the store and the store was "not taking phone calls at this time"

The splitter did not provide good audio sharing for my wife and myself when we used it for the first time on a recent air travel. It was not providing clear sound and we had to disconnect it.

Product did not give both sets of headphones a full volume level to listen to a movie. Also, if you move product just barely an inch the volume goes even lower. So overall not a good product for what I was looking for it to do.

The product was in bad conditions. I use it one time and got broke

I was told this would work with two sets of headphones and evenly split the audio among them. What it did was split right and left channels. I returned immediately.

The splitter didn't work at all. One side only played one ear phone and the other side played both only sporadically as if it had a broken connection. Took it back

This wasn’t worth it, broke within weeks. Will not buy it again.

I did not like this adapter, I was unable to get it to function correctly between my Mac Mini and Chromecast into my Bose Companion Speakers :(
