I have had the item for a few months and it has worked flawlessly. The outlet fit into a standard single gang box with no issues. The outlet plate is a little thicker than other plates but it is study and made well. I have not tried charging two devices at once via USB but not concerned as the combined usb amperage is more than sufficient. I will definitely buy again

It looked confusing to install but it gave pretty clear instructions on what to do inside the packaging. I've had this set up in our master bedroom next to our bed and it has worked as its intended. The ports are not loose, they manage to stay in place. There's no wiggle room, everything is cut to fit perfectly. The power coming from the outlet is sufficient to charge our phones, watches and tablets. I have no complaints nor any regrets with this purchase.

If you are tired of your vital wall outlets blocked by USB transformers, this is the product for you. I bought mine on sale at half price at BB. You can have two USB cables and two 120 volt plugs all powered at the same time with no ugly power splitters. Has built-in outlet cover and will need to be installed in a standard, deep wall outlet box (inside the sheet rock) but other than that, a cinch to install for the handyman (breaker off first, of course).

Especially if picked up on sale, these are great outlets with USB ports. The box on the back is larger than a normal outlet, so beware that if you are replacing an outlet that has a lot of wires in the box (junction/2-way/3-way), you may need a bigger outlet box or spend time squishing the wires to make room for this outlet.

I purchased this charger to change out one in my kitchen for the purpose of charging USB devices. It was fairly easy to replace myself. It fits in the same (standard size) wall outlet. I like the fact that I now have 2 places to charge my USB devices along with the 2 standard plugs. My family uses this every day to rotate in/out phones, tablets, etc. You are able to fit most plugs along with the USB cable with no issues.

I purchased this as a deal of the day item. It was easy to install and looks good. The tamper resistant feature takes a bit of getting used to when plugging something in, but it works. I ended finding some of these in another brand with a higher amperage rating for the USB ports at Costco for a bit cheaper, so I bought some more of those. If you can get these on sale, they're not a bad deal. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay full price.

The outlet is pretty deep so if you do not have a lot of space this may be a problem if you install, Was very easy to install (MAKE SURE BREAKER IS POPPED before installing) One thing I DO NOT like is the tamper proof outlets portion. Sometimes this works and others I have to push EXTREMELY hard to get plugs to go in. I really do not uses them on this outlet but I did test this, I needed its charging capabilities. So 5 stars for charging and 4 for the outlet portions is my grade for this.

These outlets charge via usb very quickly and are easy to install. Well worth it to add to your kitchen island or bedside outlets. It will upgrade your home and make it more technology friendly for you and for guests. Got these while they were on sale and wish I would have bought more.

I don't have room for a charging station in my home so I wanted one of these where we usually plug things in. The install took about 45 minutes to get everything squared away. The electricity in my house is often a mess and these are a bit larger than regular receptacles. 2 months later everything is working great. I love not having to keep track of chargers.

bought 1 on the deal of the day for only nine dollars. Super easy to install, and it worked great. Few weeks after getting the that one, it was on the deal of the day again and this time I got 5 more. They are all around the house and let me tell you they are super convenient and no need to have the charging usb boxes and still have 2 free outlets to plug other items.

Got these at a tremendous price and very happy with the purchase - they work great. I had one outlet box that was on the smaller side so it was a bit of a squeeze to get the wires back in, but I did it. The other "normal" outlet boxes were fine.

If you already know how to change a electrical outlet, it will only take a few minutes to get this installed. I put a couple of them in different rooms I tend to stay in for awhile and it keeps my phone charged along with other USB items that charge via USB. It also keeps the A/C outlets free so I can plug in other items like the vacuum cleaner etc...

We picked up the usb wall outlets with usb ports to put in living room and kitchen as those were outlet that weren't blocked by furniture. We are extremely satisfied they look good and when we charge our electronics they charge much quicker then with the adapter and I think this will be safer to since we aren't leaving adapters plugged in when not in use.

Easy installation and both the regular outlets and the USB outlets worked perfectly for about a year. Somehow one of my kids unplugged a USB cable and part of the outlet was broken off inside the connector on the cable. Not sure if it was her fault somehow or if the part was defective but I would hope that it would last quite a bit longer.

Very doable installation. It’s great that now I can charge two USB devices, have a smartphone speaker plugged, and still have one outlet available for anything else I need used. There is a certain wiggle you need to do when inserting the plugs as a safety feature but it’s not an inconvenience at all.

The installation and instructions were pretty good. The fit and finish are good. If I needed another one I would get for the USB, but this is all I need. Only sticks out from the wall about 1/4inch. Good. No problems with charging or electrical plugs. Recommend.

Easy install and fast charge!! Originally purchased two and was very impressed with the quick charge and ease of install! I decided to buy three more and updated all my bedrooms, loft, and living area! Friendly heads up, they go on sale for $9.99 on the daily deal from time to time!

This unit was easy to install and works just fine as a replacement outlet near my bed stand, allowing me to charge my devices overnight without needing to take over the outlets with AC to USB adapters. The 3.6A offered by this unit provides potentially faster charging than 1A adapters, but isn't quite as powerful as some of the dual 2.1A outlets on the market. Got mine on sale, well worth the price.

I have these all over my house so there is always somewhere to charge my many various devices that my family uses. They are very easy to install and work great. They charge fast and work with any USB cable. I can pretty much charge anything that charges from a USB cable with these.

Love the outlet, charges phones and tablets fast as it has a 3.6A output (for charging one device at a time). If you charge 2, it goes to 1.8A per device, however still faster than most factory chargers. However I Do Not like that it is Tamper Resistant. Its very hard to plug a regular plug in. Other than that its great.
