It cleans very well and I love that it has a pause button.If I forget something I can just pause it. I highly recommend this washer works great for the money!

I had a small area to put both W&D in, she always did the laundry & I didn't even know how to do it. It was smaller than our 20 yr old W&D and to learn how to do laundry these were very easy for me. I just wish the buzzer was a little louder so I can here it when the wash is done. But this is perfect for me who is 71 yrs old.

Great for Everyday Laundry.

The product manual is good, and I recommend reading it before doing anything. You need to take care that the machine is level. I washed a bulky item first thing, out of necessity, followed the instructions, but it got out of balance during the rinse cycle so I paused the cycle and took out the offending item. Once I redistributed the other items, it finished well without the bulky item. The spin cycle gets things as dry as a water extractor that I use for hand washables. This is important to me since I don't have space for a dryer so I hang my laundry indoors.

Also, the lid is flimsy. It's not metal like the rest of the washer.

It is very quite and I could not be more happy with my new washer. I have never heard of the insignia brand before but I am so glade i too a chance to do something different.

BUT... compared to my previous washer (which I would love to have back), this washer is EXTREMELY SLOW with agitating - so slow that I thought something was wrong with it & had a tech come look at it. He told me "that's the way it's supposed to work". Well it is so slow, that I question weather or not my clothes are really getting clean.....

Simple and quiet washing machine

Spacious, quick and efficient are a few adjectives. I love this thing, compared to my other washer elsewhere, where I look at a comforter and ask, "will this fit"? Not here, nope. I highly recommend this bad boy, girl, whatever you feel like machine! 5 stars
