This washer is a great size! My mom was lugging clothes to the laundromat at 65 year old. She needed this & Best Buy was quick to get it to her. White glove covid protocol service, she was very happy. Mom said this washer is the bees knees. Easy to operate and cleans the clothes well.

I love this washer. The tub is deep and you are able to get a lot of clothes in. It super cleans your clothes very well. However, it does vibrates a lot during the spin and rinse cycle...but hey all washers vibrates when they are spinning. It has quiet wash cycles, which is nice. It is very modern, so it takes a little getting used to. However, it is really nice. Thank You.

So I waited until we have had this for nearly a year. This washing machine has worked well with no issues. It is on the small side for for just my wife and me, it is perfect. It is big enough to was large quilts and other bulky items. We have been happy with the way it works.

Only had it for a couple of months, used it a few times. So far it seems to be very efficient, smooth with all the options it offers, the tub is larger than you would think. i like the choice of small, medium or larger load.

Attention Buyers. The lid is made of the cheapest plastic I have ever see. It is quite disappointing because the rest of the washer is perfect. I would classify this lid as UNACCEPTABLE. It is a beautiful Washing Machine that gets the job done, but the flimsy cheap lid is sooo disappointing....

This machine is very quiet and washes my clothes very clean I can place a queen blanket inside and it comes back out very clean…I am pleased with my buy it’s honestly not too small

Washing machine works very good, nice & spaciou. Delivery driver was very responsible, respective, communicative, and quick.

We had previously purchased a high-end, high-capacity Samsung washer with all sorts of bells and whistles, a capacity for steaming, ability to handle large loads, etc. However, our very fancy and expensive machine soon started not draining during the spin cycle. Our next purchase was the Insignia, and we haven't had one problem with it. We may not have as many options, but honestly, it does a better job getting our clothes clean than the Samsung. Sometimes, it's worth more to go back to basics.
