Our options were limited by our narrow stairs when our old washer died. This not only fit but was physically smaller with a much larger capacity. It’s quiet and gets clothes nice and clean!

Efficient and easy to use. Works quick and load size is good.

Only had it for a couple of months, used it a few times. So far it seems to be very efficient, smooth with all the options it offers, the tub is larger than you would think. i like the choice of small, medium or larger load.

I purchased this item along with the dryer for my granddaughter to help her avoid going to the laundromat while caring for a 6 month old. She said that it's a lifesaver and does a great job of washing clothes with minimum fuss. It's easy to operate and very efficient. Not a lot of bells and whistles but like the dryer it doesn't need them. She is able to take care of getting laundry done without having to take the baby along! We are both pleased with the purchase.

Literally the best quality ever , I had no issues with it and it was easy hook up ! I still have until this day . Recommend, especially if you have a small apartment with washer n dryer hook up !

Great item, very quite and washes clothes pretty good. Does everything we need it to do and has a lot of space for clothes. Washed my heavy duty clothes with no problem at all. Recommend to any looking for a affordable washer this one is the Best Buy.

Washing machine works very good, nice & spaciou. Delivery driver was very responsible, respective, communicative, and quick.

We had previously purchased a high-end, high-capacity Samsung washer with all sorts of bells and whistles, a capacity for steaming, ability to handle large loads, etc. However, our very fancy and expensive machine soon started not draining during the spin cycle. Our next purchase was the Insignia, and we haven't had one problem with it. We may not have as many options, but honestly, it does a better job getting our clothes clean than the Samsung. Sometimes, it's worth more to go back to basics.

SO easy to install! My husband and I installed it by our selves. The clothes come out clean and it actually holds quite a bit of clothing. I love my washer!

I received this washer as a replacement for my old one which was an Amana. The Geek Squad protection plan is definitely worth it. This is my first Insignia and so far I am satisfied with the ease of use. It was dented at some point between my order being shipped and the delivery, but it hasn’t impacted it operationally.

So I bought this on a whim when I was manic from my bipolar, but that is neither here nor there. It was an impulse buy because I live in an older apartment without a washer and dryer hookup. The rent is cheap in these times of inflation and I'm not moving for a W/D hookup. So I had to get creative (side effect of my mental disorder the mania sometimes gives me great ideas that I have to see through). For the past few years I have gone through about 4 portable washers (they burn out quickly). So I decided instead of wasting money on another that wouldn't last I would just buy a full size washer and figure out a way to hook it up. The delivery guys were awesome I have stairs and this thing is only 103lbs so they had no problem getting it in my place. After browsing YT I found a way to hook my washer up under the sink in my kitchen. I bought everything I needed including a 2" hole drill attachment. I was able to funnel the hoses and drain through a cabinet and now my washer sits nicely in my kitchen (with no visible hoses). It is larger than I anticipated, but I LOVE IT. I have had this machine for 3 months and it is such a good washer I use it 3-5 times a week. I work in the medical field and I wash my scrubs often. My clothes come out clean each time. She is not fancy and a beauty like the others on here but if you want a simple washer with easy settings that is able to handle nice size loads and actually clean your clothes LOOK NO FURTHER. Glad I decided on this one over the slightly bigger version because its a full size drum and I can wash my king comforter just fine. Only thing I don't like is the lid is plastic, but its not flimsy and it is functional. JUST BUY IT! Great bang for your buck!

Very good price and still sizable enough for some heavier loads. I do wish I could find a better alternative for where to put liquid soap but it’s a small thing to the pricing, functionality and use of this washer. It also fits in smaller spaces.

I like the compact size, but the capacity is very good.

Loving my washing machine so far. Great price. The measurements were smaller than the original washing machine i purchased but it couldn't fit through the entry way so i had to take that back and purchased this one. So I thought this machine would be extra small but i was wrong its not wide in width but its deeper than i expected and holds a good amount of clothes. I like the different loads you can put it on and it measures the load for you so you will never overload.

I was skeptical but got a great machine for a great price - cleans exceptionally well, smaller footprint with larger capacity than old machine. If budget is first priority - this washer is a good choice.

This washer works great. I previously had a front loading washer that would make dirty streaks on my clothes occasionally when I washed them. This one cleans great, and it doesn’t leave any streaks. It’s also easier for me to load and unload when compared to my front loader. Great buy!

I really enjoy my washer. It's so silent and very convenient. I'm very short, but I have to reach so far to get my clothes out. I love that. I would like to get an insignia dryer for a reasonable price, nothing over $380 including taxes.

I rate the washer as a high performance appliance. It is quiet and effective. I am very glad I purchased this new addition from Best Buy.
