OK remote but not truly universal

Remote Chance of getting assistance at Best Buy

The service in store, however, was horrible. You couldn't ask for anything worse. There isn't anything worse. I can't stress that enough. There was only 3-4 employees. None wanted to help me and only one was sorta capable. Zero out of 5 Stars. I would have had a better experience online.

Insignia Universal Remote

Wish it was slightly broader as it is esy to hit the wrong buttons. Purchased it to replace the original remote that expired. This works well.

Set up "watch TV" and "learned" a special key from the old remote. Powers up and down both devices with the power button. You just need to read and understand the setup procedures to make it easier and to get things working as you want. So there is some trial and error, but it is still great once the setup is complete to your likings!
