If it breaks from misuse, I'd probably buy it again. Worked perfectly out of the box.

I have an old sony google tv and this remote pair with it so easily. It has some pre set codes already in it and if they do not work with your tv, you just need to enter the codes manually but it is really easy to do too. Very happy with this remote. I will recomend.

I mean lets be real, its 2025 so I think most companies have mastered the TV remote control. I'm not sure what they could do to make my experience much better., but the batteries it came with are kind of janky

The original replacement I ordered was the wrong remote for my tv. I used best by assistant (agent) to order one that matched the Amazon tv I bought at Bestby. After taking that remote back to bestby for refund or exchange. Ended up getting this universal remote. When I got it and programmed it to my tv. I have an electronically challenged wife, that this remote etc are for her tv. The remote gets easily un programmed. I have no idea what's causing that. I downloaded the Amazon fire tv remote that I can use with my phone. Works better than the original and this universal remote...

What a find at an amazingly low sale price.

So much better than using multiple remotes (and having to pass them back and forth between the 2 of us. Also, has more features than the remote that came with the TV.
