No issues whatsoever and no issues at the end of the cord where it plugs into like some cords fall apart at the end.

I wish the wire was a little thicker because if your going to be constantly pulling on it I can see separation happening quickly . So.... word of advice pull from connectors and not the wire it should last a long time and it really works great in a car or suv.

It is thin like the headphones but it works perfect and I’m guilty of accidentally ripping it off the aux input so far it hasn’t ripped or broken so I would say it’s durable lol
