    Bad micro-usb power connector.

    The power connector is micro-usb based and not very durable. I have been using this for a few months and the connector is already unstable and the power cuts out intermittently which is very annoying. Stupid decision on Insignia's part to make this a micro-usb connector, the worst USB connector every conceived.

    Worked right for the first few months then only 2 of the ports would work. I took it out of my set up it was really poorly made and light it just feels very cheap.

    I used this to connect streaming box and cable box to soundbar. The sound from cable box improved after connecting it to the switch. However, the tv and everything else would shut down after 15-30 minutes

    This is cheap and not worth it. I have purchased 5 of these for various rooms and I’ve had 2 fail in less than a year.

    Maybe it’s me but I could never get this thing to work. Had to return it and just deal with changing out the HDMI cables everytime I need to do something.

    It needs to be remote so you don't have too get up to choose and it needs the option to turn it's power off. Other than that it's fine.

    How something so expensive can be outdone by something 3 times cheaper, i don't understand. I bought a hdmi switch from Walmart 3 times cheaper that was automatic, this one, you have to press a button to change inputs... expensive and useless. Returned.
