Really ideal for those items that require you to get up and go to the TV (e.g., video game system or DVD player). I have to get up to put a DVD in or turn on the system, so hitting the HDMI switch is an easy task. Then I saved my HDMI ports on my TV for the items with a remote.

Won’t really lay down and stay put when all three plugs are used. Ended up Velcro it to the back of the stand and works now. Good product. Works as intended.

Handy Little Device for Easy HDMI Switching

Plug and play, switch to your heart's desire. When your TV lacks several HDMI ports, this switch can add three extra devices. It would be 1000/10 if a remote was included, but for the price point it can't be beat.

I bought this along with my Samsung Tizen 43” because I looked at all the specs before I purchased and noticed it only had 2 HDMI ports. The one complaint that’s only a minor complaint is that you have to change which port you want passing through manually and no remote available, but I don’t mind, I can see it being a problem for the ones that just don’t want to be bothered or the disabled potentially.
