After trying out several different HDMI splitters that were significantly cheaper that either didn't work or only worked mildly this has worked absolutely perfectly for me. I have my PS5, X1s, and Switch all connected to this and there have been no issues. Definetly worth the price

This switch cycles around three inputs (a couple of computers in my case) so you can share a monitor or TV, with whatever electronic output device (game, computer, and so forth) you've got. Makes it handy to use that big monitor to rest the tired eyes. User level -- advanced beginner. It involved a couple of plug-ins, and for my home office equipment, an adaptor.

I really like this splitter. I wish Insignia made a 4 or 5-port version. The one thing I can say is a disadvantage is that it does not have HDCP decoding. So, if you are looking to stream PS3 games using an Elgato capture device, you will have to use another device between the PS3 and this splitter. I find this super annoying for when I want to use my PS5 for watching Bluray movies, since HDCP has to be enabled for this to work, and my current setup for PS5 is through an Elgato capture device because I stream gameplay. Upsetting my desk and having to unplug this, and plugging the PS5 directly into the back of my monitor is a task and a half because of the configuration of my desk. So, I had to make another purchase of a 2-port splitter that does the HDCP decoding so I can use it as a decoding passthrough before it connects to this 3 port hub. I'm sure there are other devices that force HDCP that may not work through this splitter natively, so that is something to keep in mind when considering this particular splitter.

Works exactly as advertised. Compact, unobtrusive. Allowed seamless connections of BluRay player and sound bar to TV which had only two HDMI ports ( one was already in use for cable connection). Depending on location, some people might want to upgrade to one with a remote, but this unit was perfect in an accessible glass cabinet of our TV stand.

Great little device. I have it plugged into an HDMI port on the back of my TV and the other ports are plugged into the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch docking station. Switch the TV to the HDMI port that the device is plugged into and you can then click the button on the device to switch between the Xbox One or Nintendo Switch docking station.

Easy to install and works extremely well! Unit is compact and fit well into our equipment cabinet.

This device really helped out with not having enough HDMI ports.

Works as designed. This splitter completes my home entertainment equipment.

The only issue I have now is that my television does not shut off when powering down my console or my apple tv. But it is very good for what it is needed for, more ports for more accessories to connect to my television.

Awesome and useful item, i was out of hdmi ports on my tv and this saved the day. The picture quality is great when using this. I have a series x, ps5 and switch plugged into this and im happy with the picture quality

Since I have more HDMI devices to connect to my TV than the TV can take at once, this switch is very convenient. No complaints, it's been working without any problems. There's not much to it, it just works.

I love it , because im able to manage my connected devices with out damaging my actual TV (HDMI). I dont have to connect and disconnect my devices every time i want to use them damaging my TV ( HDMI) OUTLET.

This Insignia HDMI Switch was exactly what I was looking for. It is so good I bought another one. I hooked up several devises to these and had no problems. I recommend this to anyone who needs multiple connections.

Works great. Wanted to set up my surface dock and desktop to use the same monitors but monitors only have 1 HDMI input. Makes it easy for me to use my surface dock when I need it and easy for my wife to use the desktop when she needs it. Had to have two switches for my two monitor setup but works perfectly.

Works great, great price, would buy again, lifesaver since I have so many things to connect to my tv and these new tvs dont have nearly enought hdmi inputs.

I bought a large smart tv and was shocked that it only had 2 HDMI ports. This thing saved the hassle of having to switch out the hdmi chord to a different device when needed. It was easy to install, and now all I have to do is push a button to switch through devices! I haven’t noticed any loss of sound or picture quality.

Works great, does exactly what it is supposed to do which is to eliminate plugging and unplugging HDMI cables.

I am so GLAD that I made this purchase. My TV only has 2 HDMI ports. I have a blu-ray & Roku so I had to switch ports whenever I wanted to watch a disc. This is very easy to set up and even easier to use. I am happy with this purchase.

This couldn't be easier to use. Plug it in, connect the cables, and one button allows you to switch between inputs. After finally upgrading from devices that all used the red-yellow-white component cables, the price was a bit of a shock, but it's still less expensive than quite a few other options. If you need one of these, buy this one.
