This was a quick and easy solution to fix that problem. It switches easily between the different inputs. So far the quality seems to be good and I have not experienced any dropouts or pixelation. I do kind of wish it had a remote with it though.

Great simple device

I needed an additional hdmi port and my tv has no problem recognizing the switch. Since both my tv and DVD player are both Samsung when I turn on the dvd the tv will auto switch to dvd input on the switch.

Passes signals and handshakes with no issues.
