Went in to purchase a switch for our Xbox. Our flex and our TV directv system wasn't sure what we really needed talked to an employee. He guided us to the right. Area and the right device that we needed it works perfectly.

Like many people, I had a problem with my A/V receiver: It only had one HDMI port for either a DVD player or a Blu-ray player, and I have one of each. The solution was simple: Get an HDMI switch like this one to hook them both up at once. Although I only needed it for two devices, it has ports for three, which is a bonus. It doesn't have a remote control like some switches have, so you have to change the port setting from a push-button on the switch itself, but that's not such a big issue. I needed a device that could handle 3D and high-end audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS: X, and I'm glad to see that it handled both those aspects perfectly. It's also supposed to handle 4K with HDR; as I don't have a 4K TV yet, I couldn't test that part out, but one day I hope to have a TV with both 4K and 3D so I could try out both. I needed something I wouldn't have to replace so soon, and this looks to be a winner in that respect also.

This switch works fine and fills our need for it to be able to switch devices on one of the HDMI ports on our smart TV. One thing we don't like about it -- the RED LIGHT that lights up to let you know what device is activated is SO BRIGHT that it is terribly distracting. I placed it behind our sound bar so the light was not in our eyes while we watch the TV. By placing it behind the sound bar, though, the remote won't work because the location sirupts the signal to the switch. Too bad this design flaw makes it impossible to give this switch 5 stars. I needed a switch to go between my Xbox, Playstation and pc. This works perfect, simply press a little button and I can go to which one I want. It's light weight, compact so it doesn't take up much space.

Perfect product. Now my grandson doesn’t have to keep unplugging devices from monitor. Love it

Best HDMI switcher I have been able to find that works with my Vizio soundbar. While a bit on the spendy side, it is the best quality one I have been able to find. The only downside is there is no automatic switching and no remote.

The ports work well with two gaming systems connected. The transfer from port to port is seamless and the picture quality is not degraded at all. I would recommend this item and the price point is great.

This HDMI switch works great. It makes it super simple to switch between cable, streaming, and blu-ray player (or any other devices) that you want to tie into your TV.

I have a wall mounted TV and wanted to hide the wires, but it is tough to do when you have 3 HDMI devices as the channel in the wall is small. I bough this and then I only needed 1 HDMI in the wall as the three devices plug into the back of this. Super easy to connect and change devices just by clicking the button on top. With that said, it can't cost more than $1 to manufacture this thing. Should be a $19.99 item, and even at that price, the manufacturer and retailer could make good money.

This device only has 3 4K UHD inputs and 1 output. Has great 4K UHD/HDR pass-through with no issues whatsoever. There is no remote control or auto-switching feature, meaning you have to press the button manually to switch HDMI inputs. The price is good for this type of devices, just no bells and whistles.

Purchased two of these to hook up a handful of video game consoles and other accessories to our new tv that only had 2 HDMI ports. These work great. I've got one of these in each port which lets me have 6 devices hooked up. They work flawlessly, are super easy to hook up, and are very discreet but cool looking. They did exactly what I needed them to.

Easy to use. Great if you just need additional connectivity with a single monitor. Remember, this is only for extra devices to a single monitor (keyboards/mice do not connect into here)

Brought this product to split 4k @ 60hz signal. My Sony XBR 900E only has 2 hdmi ports that have 4k @ 60 hz. My Bose sound bar is connected to the ARC and I have a 4k Blu-ray player and a Roku streaming device. Having the sound bar connected left me with one 4K @ 60hz hdmi port. This device works as intended, easy setup. Works great

This works. If you are reading this then you are looking for an option to connect multiple HDMI devices to a single TV or audio unit. Look no further, this is what you are looking for. For the price, this can't be beat. I have no issues with the signal from my devices to the TV. The switching is easy. Setup...well there really isn't any setup except plugging in the cables. This will solve your problem. The quality is unquestionable.

Works as perfect as it is, need to connect to two different laptops to a single 32" monitor at it worked out well. Excellent product! I like Insignia products a lot.

I have multiple devices and soundbar needing arc. This makes it hard to swap back and forth with HDMIs. Found this for a decent price and quality and it was easy setup and easy use. The switcher works with ease. The only gripe is the weight of the device, but i fixed that with command velcro no damage strips
