I bought this to replace the more expensive brand, which never worked very well, but I never got around to returning it. I had to fiddle with it all the time, so I finally just broke down and replaced it. I was hesitant to buy this model because the price difference was pretty big and I thought that might mean lesser quality. That's not the case. This one works even better than the much more expensive brand. The main difference is that there's one less port and there's no remote control. Since those aren't deal breakers for me, this was a perfect purchase.

I needed a 2 port KVM and mistakenly thought this was a 3 Port KVM. It's just HDMI and works fine if you don't mind moving the keyboard/mouse manually. I only made the review to help someone (like me) who doesn't read the fine print either.

Just what i was looking for.. i have an older tv in the bedroom with limited hdmi connection.. i have 4 different components and with this i can connect all 4.. Its simple as a touch of a button to switch between the 4 hdmi cables with no issues..

Nice compact size. Had a different on that was cheaper, but really too bulky. Returned that one and got this one since it was clearance priced. Works like it is suppose to. No remote, but all a person has to do is press a buton on the unit.

Hardly needed a solution to hook up my Apple TV4K streamer and my 4K Ultra-UHD Sony Blu-ray player to my new JBL 9.1 ATMOS Sound bar system which I love but unfortunately it comes with only one HDMI input and my tv lacks the eARC capability, so after trying a couple cheaper models, I found this Insignia HDMI switch and it really does the job. It's a plug 'n play device so it was really easy to connect it to my Soundbar. Perfectly transfer 4K HDR and Dolby Vision video signals to my TV through my Soundbar and I can enjoy Dolby ATMOS and DTH:X multichannel audio from both players. Doesn't come with a remote, which personally I don't find necessary because I have to reach my TV stand when I want to play a movie on my Blue-ray player then I change the input right after I'm done and it stays switched to the last selection (I usually keep it switched to my Apple 4KTV). No "Handshake" issues at all, but *NOTE* that it takes a couple seconds to the AV system and TV to receive signals when you change inputs, something pretty normal according to my researches. Cons: None at the moment. I've been using it every day in over a month without a problem.

Performs as expected. It was the perfect solution for me since I have two desktop tower pcs and did not have the space or wish to purchase an additional monitor. I can easily move from one pc to the other at a fraction of the price and space requirements of a second monitor.

Does what it advertises it is a good option if you do not have a lot of HDMI ports on your TV. Good price for the functionality and easy to setup and use.

Worked phenomenal for what I needed it for. Switched smoothly

Giving this a 5* because it works wonders. Here why: 1. Easy install - Plug and play 2. Allows me to connect 3 monitors, 2 laptops 3. Just a push of the switch (select button) allows me to go between my personal laptop and my work laptop using 2 monitors for efficiency 4. Please ensure you have enough HDMI cables to work with. Explaining the set up will not help you since I'm not overly techie but can help myself.

Insigina - 3 port HDMI works great. I only needed a 2-port to connect 2 computers to 1 monitor. Easy hookup.

Affordable and does exactly what it says it does. I can now hook up my laptop and ps5 and another item and easily switch my monitor back and forth. Thank you

Huge convenience. I had one two many devices needing to be plugged in via HDMI and this saved me the trouble of having to constantly unplug and replug things in that I was using. Super easy to use and setup. Glad I bought this HDMI switch.

Recently went though and cleaned up my media center in my living room to cable manage and just better organize it. My television only has 3 HDMI ports, & I had 4 devices whereas 2 of those I rarely use so I used to just unplug one and plug in the other I figured since I was cable managing the area anyway I might as well finally solve that issue. This worked great and gives me the option to add another HDMI device in the future. My one complaint on it though, and this might just be unique to my situation since I set it on top in the middle of my soundbar (that's the same exact color and finish), is that because it's light in weight it picks it up and tilts it back so it doesn't sit flat without something on top of it. Annoying, but really an issue for me because I have a small (about the size of a fist) decorative rock that I set on top of it which solved that issue, & I keep it in that area anyway so all it did was slightly change locations.

Nice HDMI switch for your TV. You can attach 3 devices. Just one button to click to select the device you want to connect to the TV. The picture is clear as I didn't see any signal loss using the switch.

Good switch. Fits well on my entertainment center. I like that its small and slim and fits under my tv.

Used this on Aunt’s TV that is older and doesn’t allow for download of streaming apps. So added a fire stick loaded with what she wanted and she was then able to switch between basic cable box and the fire stick. Keeping it simple for her and not having to buy a new tv. She’s ecstatic.

TVs only have so many HDMI ports and this little device saved me big time on my "gaming" tv where all my gaming hardware is connected. Switch, XBX, XBone, PS5 and a small gaming PC can now all connect to one TV and it works great. I haven't notice any tearing or HDMI lag piping through the switch, no color or brightness issues to speak of, just a way to get a few more devices plugged up to a single TV
