Perfect USB 3 extension cable, at only three feet it is not too long and doesn't create excess cable coiled under the desk. Made of rugged polymer with stout ends it is unlikely to get kinked or frayed and should last for a long time. The blue ends indicate USB 3 and a USB 3 device plugged into a USB 3 PC port through the cable does operate at USB 3 SuperSpeed rates. Great buy for the price.

Newer cars do not have CD players so one way to get music on one's CDs is to transfer the files in MP3 form to a flash drive and play music from the flash drive with the USB audio function. It is recommended to use an extension cable from the flash drive to the USB port to protect the port. A short cable is better as the port is usually in the center console that has limited space. The 3 foot cable purchased fits well in the space available but is difficult to find. Longer cables are usually available. I am satisfied with the cable purchased.

I needed to extend the wire for my keyboard so it would fit where I wanted it on my desk. Works great and does what I needed it to. Wouldn't recommend for something like high-speed transfer speeds since it's only USB 2.0 but I'm not reviewing it for that. It did exactly what I needed it to and it does it great.

I was needing to lengthen USB port from behind a TV, but only needed one port. This cable assisted well and accomplished the task. I did not need the TV to be moved frequently, but I needed that port accessible to users. Been used often, and no issues. great addition to the TV usage.

I purchased this extender so I could plug it into the back of the TV (USB port) and then have it accessible so I could plug in thumb drives etc. This prevents me from having to turn the TV around every time I want to plug in a thumb drive. Works great. Subtracted 1 star cause 3' was to long - need something shorter - like 1 foot.

I have a large desk in my home office. The way I wanted to run the mouse and still keep the cord out of the way required me to purchase this extender. Why not a wireless mouse? The response times were just not good enough for my needs.

I needed a USB extension for my wireless keyboard since I mounted an Intel Compute Stick in the back of my large 4K TV where the wireless connection was marginal. Now that the wireless adapter is closer it works properly for my keyboard and mouse.

This affordable insignia cable is a good replacement for the USB extension cable that comes with a Roku streaming stick plus. Overall decent quality for a cable and would definitely recommend.

I would give a higher rating, but can't with the pricing. I needed a short extension to connect my work headset cable from my laptop to the other side of my desk. Moving the laptop was not an option since I have other equipment on that side of my desk, so I needed the shorter cable. Since I was running it under my keyboard to connect to the headset cable, I could not have a lot of excess cable bunched up under the keyboard which would cause it to wobble. The 3' cable length is perfect . . . but it costs a lot more than the longer one(s). I get that it is likely that there is more demand for the longer ones, but I seriously doubt the 3' has a much greater supplier cost than the longer ones to where you have to charge over double the price.

USB port is on the back of the tv and this cable allowed me to use my usb drive and external hard drive with the tv. Great price, glad they carry it.
