I live in California. It's the summer. It's hot. The unit can be running all day but it isn't able to keep the room below 80 on the hotter days. Works well at night. A little too noisy for my taste. I later found out that even if I bought something with 14,000 btu, a portable AC unit like this wouldn't be able to keep my room cool.

Cools a very hot room very quickly. The only thing is it needs to be vented through window and the kit did not fit my window.

We have a two story house with a basement and we usually put a window unit in our big living space on the first floor and the 2nd floor roasts. We replaced the old unit with this one in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms and the cool air moves throughout the house. We also use a dehumidifier in the basement. Who needs central air..

This air conditioner gets the job done. It cooled down a pretty big room down in minutes. Satisfied with this purchase.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My condo doesn't have central air so this works great in the extra bedroom!

IT does the job, but it is loud!! If you plan to sleep with it on, Good Luck! Its loud even on low setting!!

So far its good, it's cold good for the price and same as the expensive one in the market. Great portable AC!

Very good AC, cools the room fast. Slightly on the noisy side though.

Cools very well. It's a little louder than some, however the front vent makes it easy to direct air flow.

Easy to set up. Cools efficiently for the small room size I bought it for. It is easy to move around and easy to adjust settings. I like the separate control so I don't have to go across the room to adjust the settings. I am very happy and pleased with this product and the price was right.

Works really well to cool down a small apartment space.

Doesn't take up much room. Takes very long to cool down a room.

Does a nice job even in the Florida heat. I like that the controls and vents are on the side as my cats slept on the one I used to have with the top vents and used to turn it off! Makes the house comfortable, not cold.

I used it for the room over the garage and it works great

This AC works well to cool our bedroom. It might actually work too well, as we often now have blankets on when the AC is running. I am very glad i purchased the product as are my animals whom are staying cool.
