    I had to return this unit. It is EXTREMELY LOUD and it doesn't cool. My 6000 BTU window unit cooled a lot better than this 10,000 unit.

    It's loud. Also was missing window piece which I didn't need but they could not send just that I would have had to return entire unit.

    It blows nice and cold . i have a 400 sq ft room and it really doesnt output enough to cool the room. Its more for just blowing directly at you rather than cool a room down
