It's not as cold as i expected it to be. Honestly, the window units are colder then this one.

Bought this AC at best buy and it saves our summer and most especially our electric bill:)

I used this in my bedroom and it worked well for a small room

For a portable AC unit it works okay. The automatic circulating fins on the front broke in the first hour of use.

This product is really good it gives really good air and my son loves it.

Working great so far! Within the first month the air swing stopped working, but other than that no issues.

Just like me my truck but colder.... I sleep through it to no noise.

Love it I sleep like an angel in this hot weather.

Product not adjustable enough to swivel in a limited space. Connections to rigid.

The included manual is very basic, need to download full manual. AC works well.

It has trouble keeping up once outside temp. reaches 85 degrees.

Bought this product June 5th but did not get delivered until after a couple of days. Worked well the first weeks until last night, July 7th. The compressor/cooling would work for one minute the would stop. The AC would just be on fan for minutes blowing warm air before the compressor kicks in again for a minute. The filters were cleaned and I did all the trouble shooting recomended on the Manual but it still would not work. I have a heier that I bought 2 years ago that is still working well and it's only an 8,000btu. I emailed customer service and will not get a response until 1-2 business days. I cannot return the product anymore cause I'm a few days over the 30 days.

Bought this for my parents and totally died after a few days of use. Was good at the beginning, cooling the area they needed but no functions with some error code.

This threw me for a loop when opening to discover the exhaust is only for a window & not compatible with a sliding glass door. Now to order the extra part...the units at Home Depot are universal.

Too much work. Get . regular window a/cx if at all possible

Terrible, I return it, very noisy, and doesn't cool the room.

Absolute garbage. Beginning of the third summer of owning the unit, it no longer blows cold air. Operates fine and you can hear the compressor kick on but the air never cools.

This air conditioner just blows the air like a fan. It does not cool or offer any relief in the summer temperatures. It at times even makes it warmer. Perhaps my AC is damaged? This was a huge disappointment of a purchase.

When I tried to set up this air conditioner it was missing the window kit. I called the company and he said they don't carry parts. Why would a manufacturer not carry parts? Returned it to the store and bought a frigidaire. Love it!

Not satisfied at all with the product water filled up needed to be drained within 2 days of buying Went back-to the store they returned it no problem and purchased a Frigidaire same price excellent product
