Does the job pretty basic but has a nice remote and easy to set up. I would recommend.

Cools my daughter’s room well & the option to turn off the LED lights on the remote is very handy for bedtime!

This AC unit works great and it was easy to install. I connected it in my sister's living room, which is connected to the dining area and kitchen. Although she has central air, it would get hot when she cooks. This unit helps cool the whole area. They turn it off at night.

Purchased this for newly enclosed back porch. The porch is enclosed in clear plastic sheets. Item works great to cool it down, even on plus 90 degree weather and heat indexes of over 100. Add a small box fan or two with the ceiling fan and it makes it feel like your in the house. Oldest son recommended it to me after he bought one. Very pleased with it!

This is a very good product to have. Keeping me cool all summer. Very easy to use.

This system does cool, as is, if you have an accessible window but even then it is not efficient! The tubes & fittings are VERY cheap and loose fitting, disconnecting fairly often ~ especially if you are touching, moving, adjusting it occasionally. Things just pop apart at times with no warning! As others may mention, the tube plastic is so thin, a percentage of all the heat you are paying to pump out is emanating back in from the cheap tube. Therefore some DIYing folks use foil or real dryer pipes to place over tubes to keep the heat out. The tube ends up being very short once you see how easily all the parts will disconnect if you try to stretch an extra inch. It is very frustrating to me and sad quality control would allow these out! But again, if you can place unit IMMEDIATELY in front of a low window with zero furniture or power outket obstructions you just might have better luck. The instructions are nearly worthless. There is no explanation if moisure is shipped out with the hot air in the exaust tube (like some models/ brands) OR if it HAS to be drained out one of the two seperate orifices (with included drain tube). Being a store brand and getting it on sale was not worth it.

I've been using the AC for about a week now. It cools down my master bedroom quickly and switches between AC and fan automatically when the room gets down to temperature which is nice for saving power and not worrying about frost. Overall I recommend it for anyone like me who needs an AC for their room but doesn't want the AC itself in the window

This keeps my small bedroom cool during the summer which seems to start earlier every year. It runs fine to my sliding casement window and the fittings and weather strip it comes with is enough to do whatever situation.

We’ve had it for 2 months now in let me tell ya wow it works wonders and at nights it keeps us cool can’t wait for the summer to stay in the house all day lol I recommend anyone if you can’t afford Ac unit get the Portable Ac from Best Buy won’t regret buying it !!!!!!

I’ve had this for 3 days so far. It’s keeps my bedroom very cool. I noticed there’s no difference with the fan from low to high.

Home office AC, it is not bad for the price a little loud but it kept my office cool.

Works like a charm!!! For this price, our bedroom is super cold! Never worrying about the heat ever again! Took my husband 20 minutes setting up all together on the window.

Works very well in my bedroom! Such a relief this summer. Not too hard to install and works on vertical windows.
