    I purchased this item from Best Buy online for a new home. I didn't think that I would have to immediately check an item I bought from BB. I move into my home 30 days later and unbox the item and realize it must have been an open box because critical pieces are missing. But I'm out of my return window and BB online tells me I need to go to a store and please my case to a store manager and see if they are willing to help. Are you kidding me???!!!!! Awful customer service.

    I bought my tv a couple days ago and picked it up Sunday when I went to go pick it up they asked for my name and that’s it nothing about the tv just let me walk out when I went home I opened the box and there were loose screws and I thought that was odd they should be in a bag and I turned it on and everything was fine until I noticed little scratches and the tv was under someone else’s name and account when I bought it it said it was a new tv so...why is it under someone’s name

    Buyer Beware! Good TV but ooh the Smell!

    Proceed with caution. You get what you pay for. Already returned months ago. The TV was great but the strong plastic toxic smell coming from it, whether it was on or off, about killed me. It took over the whole darn house. It made me ill. Sadly this will prevent me from ever buying an Insignia TV again. Old model probably sitting on shelf for years in box. I won't be removing the TV from the box at the store to make sure it doesn't smell.

    I purchased this for my mother and for the price I could not believe how good the picture quality is. It also has a simple remote so going to Netflix and Amazon prime is just one button press away or you can simply ask Alexa to do it. Blown away. I know my Mom will enjoy this TV for many years to come. If you are looking for a cheap TV that is awesome, look no further. This is the TV you want. Hope this helps anyone who's on the fence. Just do it, you will not be disappointed.

    I just picked this Tv up a few days ago, I love the fact that Fire Tv is built into this unit. Since I already have Amazon prime and have a fire stick on my living room Tv operation was a breeze. There is an odor coming from the tv but it is dissipating as time goes on. This tv is perfect for a bedroom.I'm happy with this purchase, the picture is crisp and clear, and the sound is good for this size tv.Would recommend to others.

    I love my tv and all of its features. The picture is perfect and the quality is awesome. All of my favorites in 32 inches.....Amazing!!! Sports, Prime Movies, Netflix, Starz to telling Alexa to play music by Michael Jackson. I highly recommend this television and I am looking to purchase a larger one for my den!!

    We stumbled upon the FireTVs during a Black Friday sale. We bought the 55" Toshiba. It's a great TV with perfect integration and transition between cable and apps. It had great sound and a beautiful picture. We wound up purchasing a 24" for another room and a 39" for yet another room. The 24" and 39" are insignia but the quality is just as good as good as the Toshiba. We actually wound up returning this 32" to exchange for a 39" but all of these FireTVs are wonderful.

    I bought it for Mom for her birthday. Finally got there to set it up. Took about 20 minutes but could have been faster if I weren't setting up and Echo Dot at the same time. This TV is easier for her to use than the fire stick. Since it's build in she can get to Netflix with the push of a button. The picture and sound is good for a TV of this price point. I may get one for my spare room too not that I have seen it in action.

    We already have an Insignia TV that has lasted for years and works great, so I decided to get another one. I use my Fire Sticks on other TV's all the time, so I love that it's already all on this one. The remote scared me a little, but it's just like the Fire Stick remote, so it's easy to use. Great volume, mine is barely up, but plenty loud. I tested the sound by turning it up anyway, and it doesn't get fuzzy. Great value!

    Picture quality is fair. No issues with sound. Putting legs (kind of flimsy) on was the only isse I had - improvised to make it work. Overall, a good value for an extra tv for bedroom. I probably could do without the "Firestick" edition but it wasn't much more than the regular edition. Looking back, I would have bought the regular one as I don't use this much & have cable.

    I purchase TV's frequently as gifts and donations . Every so often one finds a small jewel in the mix . The 32 " 720 - Fire edition fits the niche . A fine picture with surprisingly good sound quality out of the box . None of the smart set features were used so I cannot evaluate those functions . However the set just simply satisfies for viewing pleasure . At the cost , the quality shines ! Keep this set in mind for purchase .

    Good Smart TV, but smells…

    I purchased this as an additional TV in our guest bedroom. Since we didn't have a cable connection, I just use it on our wireless network, and it works reasonably well. The only thing that's off-putting is that is emits a very "plastic, electronic" smell that permeates the room. That smell is diminishing over time, but it's been about three weeks and I can still smell it every time I walk into the room.

    Bought on sale for $110. For the price it is great. The set up on the other hand was a pain. This is our second insignia tv. Our first has roku. That was straight and simple. This one has the fire tv. Also there is no digital tuner in this tv. No really a big deal breaker for the room we have it in. But would be nice it all TVs came equipped with them. Overall I would give it four stars.

    i got this tv online for 89(99-10 rewards) i could not be more pleased. the picture is great for 720 and the sound is terrific. i don"t think a sound bar is even need. setup was easy. i had roku and fire tv has them beat hands down-was already a prime member. for quality, value, ease and price, you cannot gl wrong. and it from best buy who always stand behind their products. insiginia, you rock!!!!

    First of all, the first one I received had a cracked screen. It took forever to set the internet and multitude of settings. Then, if you don’t have strong WiFi, forget about watching anything. Plus, the internal tuner does not like to pick up stations with an antenna. In an area I usually pick up 20-25 stations, this tv could not pick up a single one. I will say it does have a nice picture, that is when it can produce one.

    Excellent bang for the buck

    We had a regular big tube tv in the bedroom - needed a more efficient unit- bought this mainly because of price & we are Amazon Prime-Firestick members. Connected right up with no problems, setup was great & easy (per the directions). Only thing we do not like is we use regular Network Antennae TV from time to time - the guide/channel menu does not show numbers, only the channel name. Other than that, so far so good!

    This television really surprised us. We had purchased another brand and within days we had to return it because the speakers stopped working. We opted for the Insignia though it was only a 720p. I was a little discouraged but once we got it home, we were blown away! Fantastic picture and the sound is incredible! The sound is better than our living room television. No sound bar required. The Fire TV is included which is also a perk.

    The tv has a nice picture and easy to use. No Spectrum or U-Verse apps but I guess that is the cable companies fault. A Spectrum/Roku deal? U-Verse is pretty much no where. I haven't tried to download any additional apps if that's available, so can't comment on that. I did have a Roku so am using that for Spectrum. Sling, Hulu, Netflix, etc. are available so that's a good thing. But then again, it's on my Roku.

    We love the easy operating system to everything on this fire TV. The picture has good quality and we are very happy with the purchase. I was a little hesitant because it was on sale and I thought the employee was just trying to push this one because of commission possibly while we were looking at a different brand. Wrong! I think she was just selling us a better product. Could not be happier with our purchase!

    My son needed a new tv in his bedroom so I went to see if I could find something reasonable in Best Buy. Reasonable was an understatement . I couldn’t believe the price. I thought it was an error. So of course I inquired about the price and it was correct. I purchased the tv ASAP. The deal was so good I mentioned it to my aunt and she went online and purchased one for herself... Can’t let a good deal go!!
