    Love it! Great sale price for a smart 32” tv. Easy setup, great picture quality. I got it to replace the 24” non-smart in my office at work. No need for the fire stick! Only con... Initially, I was a little annoyed that it had no numbers on the remote but, I find no issues getting local channels by presets or voice command. You must be patient with that. I would’ve given a 4 1/2 stars for that reason. But, I gave it a 5 because it meets the standard expectations and it connects to my Alexa. Plus on sale, I paid only $100. Best sale so far compared to competitors! I did a little research first.

    Get this tv for bedroom on sale. It was easy to assemble and set up. After connecting to network and sign in on Amazom account tv downloads latest update. It is also easy to switch to regular tv channels choosing appropriate HDMI port where your cable box is connected. Switching channels on tv takes some time (5-10 sec), but watching Netflix or Amazon prime goes fast without delay like regular tv channels. Sound is good. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

    Don't waste your money on this cheap TV!

    I purchased this TV last November for an xmas gift. It has been in use just under 6 months and the bulbs inside the TV have blown through no fault of our own and the entire screen has gone dark. I contacted Insignia for help on the issue and they have stated they will do nothing to fix the problem that their cheaply made product caused. Now I have wasted $150 on a TV that didn't even last a year. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a product that works longterm! Shame on you Insignia for selling such crappy products to your customers,I will never be purchasing their products again!

    I decided to upgrade from my old 32" Led TV to this 32" smart TV for my bedroom. I simply love it and the screen is so crystal clear! I already have a 49" Insignia HDTV in my living room and haven't had any issues. I am enjoying the firestick apps that comes with the TV, which I have a subscription to Hulu and directvnow. The set-up was pretty simple, except for where you have to insert the screws to attach the legs, because the holes are so small that you can barely see how to place the screwdriver; but with a little patience I got them screwed in. Overall, this is great little TV to own!

    Bought for home office. I have my laptop and 2nd monitor and also this tv. I use this for watching a game or race on tv whole working. Also use this to game on with my laptop hooked up through hdmi. 3 hdmi inputs allows my to use my raspberry pi anytime I want as its always hooked up. The fire tv addition is great. Works exactly like having a $35 fire stick plugged in. Fast processor to load etc and picture looks good. Most surprising was the sound. I have it mounted about 1 side of my desk and its more than I need in a 12x12 room. I got this for $89 which is a steal. Perfect for small room like office, bedroom, kids playroom etc.

    Great picture and great sound. However it randomly slows down when using the menus or when you change the volume there is a delay in the sound changing and then a delay on the on screen graphic to slow the volume change. Voice control with echo dot works but typically alexa can not find it to turn it on, but after I turn the TV on she can then control it. It's really random and I believe it's just connectivity issues. The rest of the time it's flawless. Chromebook looks great on the screen and a 720 DVD looks great too. My only complaint is the random slow downs with menus.

    I purchased this TV about a month ago and I am a casual TV and movie watcher with a simple soundbar, so bear in mind I dont have the need for anything top of the line. I have to say so far I love this TV. Out of the box the colors are okay but look online and definitely change the settings for the color etc and it looks amazing. The 4k on Netflix and DirecTV are noticeably better than 1080 but im.sure not as good as high end 4k TVs. It was easy to setup the netflic,hulu,etc and is one button to switch. Overall I am very pleased with the TV and recommend it to anyone

    I purchased the Insignia HDTV Fire TV Edition this past week during an amazing sale - $99 - for a television with Alexa built in - and I am loving it. The set up was easy - you were walked through each step of a very straight-forward process. And I was watching Netflix and Prime Video and cable within less than 30 minutes. This was an upgrade from an LED television with an Amazon Firestick that I bought a couple of years ago, but it is far superior. Would I recommend it to others - definitely. I am loving it.

    I am going to use this as an extra TV to float around my house and bring out on my covered patio in the summer. As I stream all my entertainment since I cut the cord. I was very surprised at the picture quality on this inexpensive set. For a 720P the picture is sharp and the color is vivid. Considering my other TVs are an 55" 1080P LG and a 65" 4K OLED. I am considering getting the 55" 4K model for my bedroom. Oh and did I mention the convienence of the built in Netflix, prime TV, playstation vue remote.

    I bought this for my cousin.. she did not have a regular television, just a little 10" thing that she had for ages... I decided it was time she had a real television, and not just any kind of television, but a smart one. She was blown away when she saw it, and could not believe it was a smart T.V. She told me the picture was beautiful, and she was so excited about all the features she could access with her internet. I think I did a very good thing when I got her a smart T.V. It was time she joined the 21st century....

    Smart TV with Alexa looks great, sure to impress company/friends. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it can be slow to register. Meaning when I hit pause it takes a few seconds before the show pauses, sometimes I forgot and think it didn't register that I pressed the button so I press it again causing my show to pause and a couple seconds later resume play. Alexa is slow to open a program and play a show, it works fine but it's definitely quicker to just go to the app and show yourself.

    Have had this TV since November. Was easy to set up. Picture is great. Volume is ok for most apps, but I ordered a movie through Amazon and though the background noise is audible, the dialect is impossible to hear. Also, Hulu is a HUGE issue. It lags, freezes, shuts down frequently. Watching a half hour TV show, I have to restart everything at least twice. Had the same issues with the AMC app. So, if you only use Netflix and your cable channels, I would recommend, as it was cheap. Otherwise, hold out for something better.

    My new Insignia tv is wonderful and not even fully setup yet for all it can do! I brought it home, plugged it in, and just hooked in the cable. The picture is so clear, sharp and colorful. I have scrolled through all the settings and see all it can be set to do...a lot,including voice command. I know nothing about technology and will have someone go through the “How To” with me. In the meantime I am fascinated with the quality of the picture. The Best Buy price was unbelievably low, I couldn’t resist, and I made a great choice.

    I've had been putting off getting a smart TV, I'm an older American and thought it would be complicated. It was not, couldn't have been easier w/o someone else doing it for me. So I got a big smart TV for my living room also. I cant believe I put it off for so long, the shopping experience was great, the people at the store were helpful, just thanx to all for a great experience.

    What is the biggest downfall is I can’t lock the tv with a passcode at a certain time like I can the fire tablet. That would be a great upgrade to the TV. I got this tv for my sons room and I can set the timer on it manually every night, but once the tv turns off my son goes and turns it back on. The fire tablet I can set a certain time and it locks with passcode and after the certain time you need a passcode to get back into the tablet. It’s a nice feature I just wish that was an option for the TV as well. But overall the tv is pretty nice. It has a lot of features.

    We bought this for ou daughter for christmas. It is not the top of the line by design, though it is to her. She got to walk in, pick it out, and see that it is both a smart tv an a fire tv. She gets to watch the very few shows she is into, and use the web tv to do her homework. the associate was great, and he treated her like the customer when she walked over nervously as we asked her to pick out what she wanted. Overall , great value, great product for a middle schoolers needs, and great customer service.

    We were looking for a small 19in tv for my sons room and we were wanting a small tv? Then the worker we’re getting a price check and bomb! He said this one is at the same price and great quality and sound and he did not lie I have it at 17 and my son can here it and we can here in are room and the picture is like a 1080p but it’s really 720 its just that good. That’s because I only buy Samsung but for the price we got it couldn’t beat it. 99 dollars loved the price thank you Best Buy for the help on the purchase.

    I purchased this item from Best Buy online for a new home. I didn't think that I would have to immediately check an item I bought from BB. I move into my home 30 days later and unbox the item and realize it must have been an open box because critical pieces are missing. But I'm out of my return window and BB online tells me I need to go to a store and please my case to a store manager and see if they are willing to help. Are you kidding me???!!!!! Awful customer service.

    TV is great, but smell is horrible...

    This TV produces an incredible amount of plastic off-gassing for its size. After two days now the irritating smell has not diminished. The odor is causing slight headaches and itchy eyes and throat. I'm taking it back. I have another Insignia TV, a 55", and it doesn't smell - so I'm not knocking the brand. In fact, that TV was purchased to replace another brand TV with strong off-gassing. It just seems you never know what you're going to get.

    Proceed with caution. You get what you pay for. Already returned months ago. The TV was great but the strong plastic toxic smell coming from it, whether it was on or off, about killed me. It took over the whole darn house. It made me ill. Sadly this will prevent me from ever buying an Insignia TV again. Old model probably sitting on shelf for years in box. I won't be removing the TV from the box at the store to make sure it doesn't smell.
