    This is a very good TV. It was very easy to set up and has worked very well. I bought this because of the other reviews from other people. It has very good sound quality, it was easier to know how to do things with it after going online and seeing all of the instructions for it. I am very pleased with this brand & will probably buy another one if needed.

    Not a bad picture or sound, but it does stuff you'd never think was even possible for a TV. Like it'll be turned off (and unplugged) and still have the last image on the screen! Thankfully it hasn't yet left a burnt in image, though that seems inevitable. The TV was great for the first 2 weeks, now that it's a month old it's acting incredibly weird.

    my 17 year old Granddaughter went to best buy to get this tv. She got it home took out of the box , was careful in doing so and when turned it on only saw cracks under the screen. No picture. Best buy would not stand by the product and replace. So need to make sure you have them take tv out of box and plug it in before paying for it.

    Bought the TV new, took it home. The remote requires you to pair it to the TV for setup. The remote never paired with the TV so it was just an hour of tapping the button and it not doing anything. Had to contact Insignia for troubleshooting and after walking me through a few things told me I just had to take it back and exchange. Very inconvenient and terrible first experience with the brand.

    I saw this tv advertised on sale during one of the flash sales and bought it because I wanted a Smart TV with the FireTV capability built in. It was very easy to set up and has been great so far. The picture is not "state of the art" (only 720p) but it's good enough for me. I use this tv on my desk as my computer monitor as well. I'm enjoying it a lot!

    I have sprayed it with Febreeze, cleaned it with every cleaner I can think of, but the smell won't go away. If I close the bedroom door for a half-day the whole room smells like gasoline! It's unbearable. It seems I will likely have to return it. Guess you get what you pay for and the bargain was too good to be true.

    Smart and easy to navigate! Fits perfect in the bedroom on top of my dresser and I love the apps available. I also appreciate the fact it will turn itself off if I forget when I leave for the day! My favorite tool is the Amazon Alexa function when I don't feel like searching for an app or show/movie, she loads it quickly by voice. Overall awesome purchase and well worth it!

    I bought this tv to replace one in our kitchen. We have several other TVs with FireTV and FireTV cubes attached that connect to our FireTV Recast. This TV has all of the FireTV functionality without having an attached FireTV device. I like that the remote has the built in microphone that allows you to use voice commands. Everything works great.

    I thought I was getting a great deal at the price, but the wifi connected initially the first day and did not work after. I just figured that this would be an ongoing problem so I returned the tv and purchased a different brand. While I was returning it, another customer was returning the same tv. Best Buy was great through the entire process.

    Awesome product! I like how it has Amazon Fire TV pre installed. The only thing that I didn’t really like was that it had an awkward smell from the plastic that lasted for a few days. Other than that, the product is described as is on the box. I currently use Amazon on my other tv’s, so it was great that I didn’t have to purchase an extra one.

    This was a great buy. TV picture and sound is great. I like having a few of the apps on the remote at my fingertips. I'm still learning the features of Sling and didn't setup right away after purchase therefore, have limited time to view it. I like the remote, except, I would like to have an up/down/stop feature on the remote. It's a bit futuristic, but gets the job done.

    Considering I have a 65” top of the line Sony as the daily tv we watch I’d say this little 720p tv is shockingly good. Don’t get me wrong it’s no 4K HDR but you really don’t need any of that because of the size. The fact that it’s super portable and a smart tv I can bring this anywhere I go or put it in any room I want and you can’t beat the price.

    Would not recommend this TV for those that want to turn the TV on without extra steps. The TV does not remember the input that you used last. That doesn't sound like a big hassle but this does not mix well with elderly person that basically only knows how to turn on the TV and change the channel.

      Hi Matt,

      Thank you for taking the time to review this TV. To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Recent Row. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched.

    Out of the box, on the wall easy set up and working in a few minutes. Set the Wi-Fi, down load the popular TV apps and online. No cable or satellite feed needed. Use your home Verizon Fios service and the TV apps, i.e. Fox News, History channel, USA, LMN ect. Channels or Hulu/Netflix with no additional cost at kids dorm room or as we do at our small business.

    Decent tv bad remote

    The tv itself is fine considering it 720p. I prefer 1080 but the price was decent enough. The bad part is the remote. Just horrible, it's a fire stick remote and doesn't have channel up or down and regular tv settings you would expect. Not ok with that. It's being used for an elderly relative and he can't use what came with it.

    I am extremely impressed by the amount of features that I received with this TV for the very very cheap price. I couldn’t pass the sale it was way too good and I am so glad that I did, plus I got Sling and HBO for a month for free!!!!! Best Buy is amazing. The picture quality is amazing, I am so happy with it!!

    It’s a very good tv it’s amazing it doesn’t look like 720p it’s looks better then most 1080p tv display glad I didn’t spend more money on the 1080p version. The sound is pretty good could use a iittle work but for the prices im not complaining it’s very good .

    This is my fourth Insignia television and this has by far the best improvements over the past few years. The picture is crisp and realistic. The only downside is that when you turn the TV on, the home screen is displayed and you have to tell it to enter the television viewing mode if using the hdmi input.

    I bought this TV because of the price and the features, The only thing that I was disappointed about is the lack of Bluetooth with the TV so I was unable to connect to my Bluetooth soundbar and my wireless headset. I had to purchase something else to attach to the TV so I could connect by Bluetooth.

    Had tv shipped to store because of the latest trend in porch pirates. Actually arrived earlier than expected. Quick no hassle pick up. Also had a fire stick on sail a must have. Very easy to set up with WiFi. Added a $10 antenna for better reception and was able to find 25 channels. Prime membership for years, absolutely a plus.
