    I bought this TV because of the price and the features, The only thing that I was disappointed about is the lack of Bluetooth with the TV so I was unable to connect to my Bluetooth soundbar and my wireless headset. I had to purchase something else to attach to the TV so I could connect by Bluetooth.

    Had tv shipped to store because of the latest trend in porch pirates. Actually arrived earlier than expected. Quick no hassle pick up. Also had a fire stick on sail a must have. Very easy to set up with WiFi. Added a $10 antenna for better reception and was able to find 25 channels. Prime membership for years, absolutely a plus.

    No numbers on remote to go directly to channels.

    Don't have Fire - just using internet connect, but since the remote does not have any number on it (to go directly to the channels), have to go through menu and this is a pain. Maybe this was my lack of knowledge about what it means to be a 'Fire TV', but still... this is very inconvenient.

    I was looking for something simple for a guestroom at a reasonable price. I got major bang for my buck with this little number. Great display, advanced options and voice features. Wow! Easy set up and great local channel configuration with antenna. No cable TV needed ever and quite frankly don't miss it.

    Clear picture but takes getting used to

    I am used to the t.v. staring in the standard mode with the cable, but this starts in the internet connected Fire TV mode. So a little more to get used to. It also doesn't seem to hold my t.v. settings for the picture size. Clear picture though and nice t.v. over all. The stand / feet it sits on is also a little wobbly and not very solid.

    Easy to set up except closed captioning, I had to go onto the internet to figure out how, or learn a lot of languages! Haven’t figured out how to sinc with my Alexa gadgets but I will. Great picture and really good sound, don’t have to turn up the volume for movies! I’m pleased. Like the little previews of Prime and Netflex.

    We really have been enjoying our TV, This one went in our bedroom, I love the sound, I love that we talk to the remote and it does on the tv what we ask it to do. I especially enjoyed the price! It's amazing everything that is included to the smart tv part. Hulu, Netflix, Youtube and sooooo much more!

    Got this on sale for $100. Excellent picture, sound and ease of use. I have Wi-Fi but no cable service, that seems to interfere with any use of the program guide. You obviously would want to have the services and apps that can give you the best entertainment experience. Great purchase.

    Purchased 2 of these today. One to downsize in our bedroom and 1 for my son's room. Cannot get passed the setup screen due to an issue with Amazon. I have one disappointed kid tonight that wanted to watch Netflix in his bedroom. Been told two different times to try again in 3 hours to login. Still no success.

    Redecorated my guest room. Turned on the tv and no picture. My son suggested going to best buy for the tv. We looked at a lot of tvs and decided on the 32 Insignia. The size was great for the room and the tv was fantastic. The picture was clear and the color was FABULAS...… Great investment.

    Skeptical at first because I have never purchased 720P before but this one was priced right for a Smart TV and also came with Fire TV built in. Took a chance and purchased it on-line at BestBuy.com and picked it up and set it up at home and got the FireTV connected and loved it ever since.

    i bought this smart tv so i wouldn’t have to purchase a tv and a separate device to stream hulu/netflix. unfortunately i still may need to do so, as the apps on this tv do not stay open for more than half an episode; sometimes only for minutes at a time, before glitching back to the home screen. very disappointing.

    We love our fire TV. It's very keenly designed to just work! One of the best feature is the guide for antenna channels that lists in a grid form the channel, times and description. It also has a 10-15 buffer that works with antenna channels will allow you to pause, rewind and fast forward. Having only one remote is nice.

    For a small tv, this set really surprised and impressed me with its picture and sound quality. I purchased it because the 55” set I wanted was on back order and I needed a tv in the weeks in between. I expected it would be inferior, but I almost canceled my order for the big one (kidding...)!

    I was surprised by the picture quality and sound on this TV. Excellent! Bought it for a bedroom. Very easy connection with my poor internet service. I do wish the remote had more buttons. It would be nice to surf the channels with up and down arrows rather then always going to the channel guide.

    This was a returned TV that was Geek Squad certified and fully function tested. Not sure what happened but boy did they screw this up. Straight out of the box the picture is totally unusable. Returning it tomorrow.

    Good little tv for a guest room . Only thing is that every time you turn it on you have to change to HDMI it doesn’t go straight to the cable if you have it connected so it’s kind of a pain in the butt if you want to just turn it on and be ready to watch tv but other than that it’s a great little thing.

    I wasn't sure if I'd like a Fire TV but actually, I really like it! The Fire Platform is user-friendly and it makes it very easy to switch around with one remote and one device. Very easy to download and use apps. I use this TV to watch prime movies, antenna tv, and PS VUE.

    I bought this TV on sale to put in one of my bedrooms. I have used it with multiple inputs and it works just fine. Not a television expert but it you want a decent small flat screen TV I would suggest it at the sale price when offered. hey As with these kinds of items you always have to wait and see how long they hold up.

    Purchased this for guest room. We use it to stream Amazon and Hulu. No connection to cable. Built in Alexa allows instant access to Amazon. Even comes with Alexa voice remote. Easily signed on to Amazon and Hulu. Up and running within 10 minutes. Only negative is 720P but still excellent product.
