Totally unorganized, "appointment needed" just to ask a few questions. The warranty system sucks as well . Very dissapointed

This is the reason i bought this tv to begin with. It does not let you download the Game Pass app in the app store ut say "unavailable ". But you can download Luna! If you want a tv to play Xbox Pass gi with a Samsung TV or an LG.

This was NOT TRUE!!!! Upon opening the box, the TV appears fine, but once you turn it on, you can see that the screen is completely damaged. Nothing but cracks and muddled pools of color. I've called customer support and because it is now 4 days past the 15 day return window, I am out of luck. This is why I prefer buying from Amazon.
