I bought this tv and because I work long hours was just able to open it and it’s broken. I’m upset that I am not able to return it

Really Great Picture, easy setup for the most part, decent sound and a nice price point. Installing the "feet" takes some patience, read the directions, but is not that difficult. Yes, it is the "Fire Experience" with Amazon based ads and services which is not a problem for those with a Prime Account; but might be a turn-off for those looking for a non ad centered device. Menu screen is complicated for those unfamiliar with smart TVs, remote control is very sensitive, but useable with practice. Size was right for me and I have another Fire TV in another room, so no learning issues. First time startup is easy but time consuming as it downloads "software updates," and entering codes on another device to access services, but after that; works like a charm. I do recommend.

Perfect size TV for my wife. This 32 inch Insignia is a great tv. Setup was quick, intuitive, and easy, and the picture quality is great. Ultralight to move around in our garage. No longer need my old Firestick because the Fire function is preinstalled into tv and is on the main screen. I like the remote because it has several dedicated buttons like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. Very sensitive TV tuner when used with my OTA antenna. LOVE the sleep timer. I've always had good experiences with Insignia products and this TV is no exception.

Not the greatest by far, but certainly not the worst. I see frequent users of the Insignia Fire TV asking the same questions I find myself asking across various forums. Questions like, "Why does my TV restart randomly?" or "Why does my TV randomly jump back to the Home screen?" I ensure the software is up-to-date for the TV and all apps, I have had the IR receiver covered with blackout film that completely blocks the remote even when 6 inches away from the receiver, even hard power down and restarting, it just randomly cuts off in the middle of watching a show or movie. Sometimes it does it multiple times a day, and other times it will go weeks without do it. Can be on cable, air tv, or streaming when it happens too. Completely randomized. Can be frustrating at times because it is my luck that it happens when I am totally engulfed in the show or movie. When you open back up the streaming you were on, it doesn't catch where you left off either and unless you have stopped it previously, it goes back to the beginning. It was a great deal when I purchased it, practically paid nothing for it, still often wish I had gone with a different brand though. Have reached out to manufacturer, tried everything they suggested but no fix yet. Also, volume sometimes is so soft you have to turn up nearly 100% to hear, but when switching apps it may change and be deafening. Always turn volume down to 10 when switching apps to be safe!

I love my new tv!!! First off it was so affordable considering everything the TV comes with and the quality you get. The TV is easy to set up, has tons of apps to watch movies or TV shows from, picture quality is great, the sound is great, connection to wifi is great. I just love everything about it. I have had no problems with anything. I am so happy with my purchase.

I was hesitant to buy this TV after reading reviews here. However my experience was awesome. Came home took it out of the box plugged it in and attached the HDMI cord to my cable box and wa la TV watching wonderland. I can go back-and-forth between cable and the apps and Roku all in one television set. I think it’s a great smart TV for an even awesomer price don’t be fooled give it a try. If I can set it up anyone can. And I only paid $99.00 not the original $169.00.

Awesome picture, great sound, This tv has it all. I spent almost a year researching and this was the best tv for the price. Sure, I could have bought an 8k but then I would not have been able to afford BestBuy's 5 year warranty. WHy is the warranty important if it is such a grea tv you ask. Simple this is my 5th tv in the last 4 years. I have gone through 4 tv's in 4 year most of which did not last 1 year. I always bought the newest and greatest thinking because I spent so much the tv would not need a warranty. I learned the hard way even with 2 Sony xbrs's. The fact is either the tv has parts from China, made in China or made in China and assembled else where which is a trick they use to be able to put a sticker on it saying it was made elsewhere. Did I mention I used to work at Best Buy in Magnolia for years and also for Samsung and LG and was a Sony Expert? Folks (ALWAYS) get the warranty and Best BUY has the only warranty I would ever trust

Lightweight. Super easy to set up and load all the apps i needed on it. Beautiful picture. Great price. This was a great purchase and leads me to know that the next one for MY bedroom will be a smart TV, fire atV addition. We use Netflix and Disney plus so often...this TV made it easy to do just that.

I loved this little baby. It streamlined well with my Alexa and my iPhone. I cracked the screen a few days ago. I was so upset I wanted to cry. I went to bed instead. I am thinking of getting another. I have bunch of remotes that work with it and the phones work well with everything else in my home. It's a great entry level smart tv and very light weight. Just don't do like me and have it in the back of your car getting bumped around on a terrible road! And buy the protection plan. I usually buy 2-5 years but this time I didn't. Big mistake!

TV is 720p, but has a good picture and is fairly easy to use. Nice number of connection options for cable, blue ray, etc. Smart TV is really nice to have included. Voice activated remote. Great value for the price!

Got this on sale for my son and it's working perfectly as expected. I've always had good experiences with Insignia products so I expect this TV to perform as well as all the other Insignia products I've purchased. The setup was quick and easy, and the picture quality is great at this price point. My son has been using it for his PS4 and Wii consoles and he is enjoying playing his video games much more now. I'm thinking of buying this TV for myself to use as a computer monitor since I watch a lot of streaming videos. Based on our experience with this TV so far I can definitely say I made the right decision to purchase another Insignia product.

Purchased this Insignia 32" for our bedroom. The bedroom doesn't have cable outlet, but is a smart tv with wifi and Smart Fire TV. Picture quality is very good using antenna and the programs using wifi and apps like Netflix and Prime are excellent. If you already pay for these apps on your cable provider, you just have to sign in following the prompts. I don't get Hulu so that would be an additional monthly fee. I do have HBO from my cable provider, but to get it on this tv, I'd have to pay an additional $14.99 per month. Not going to happen. If you are looking for a good tv at an exceptional price, I recommend this one.

This is a perfect TV for my kitchen. Light weight and easy to install onto the wall. Fits nicely above my pantry door. Simple setup and streams well. Great price too.

I'd give this television a 4.5 because of its excellent price, highly advanced features, Alexa integration, tons of built-in apps, the ease of adding more, sleek design, and very good quality, The one caveat is that the app storage capacity is filled with a lot of bloatware from Amazon, with the Amazon Fire tv integration there are many advertisements as well. Every now and then the sound from one program or app will continue even when the television shuts off or there is a frozen screen. Otherwise, you get so much for an outstanding price. I have recommended this to others.

This is a prefect size for my room and the setup was easy. It’s super light and the quality is great. Price was lower than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

This TV has a great clear picture and the sound is very good for the smaller size TV. The Fire TV package is a plus and very easy to navigate the settings and adjustments. Its light weight to carry with you if you need a TV at your destination, all you need is power and the internet and you've got all you can watch. Your Netflix or what ever. Load your local cast Tv with the fire app and you got your live Tv to keep up with your favorite shows and local news. If you want a big name brand dig another Hundred $ out ,but this TV will do the job.

Get this tv for bedroom on sale. It was easy to assemble and set up. After connecting to network and sign in on Amazom account tv downloads latest update. It is also easy to switch to regular tv channels choosing appropriate HDMI port where your cable box is connected. Switching channels on tv takes some time (5-10 sec), but watching Netflix or Amazon prime goes fast without delay like regular tv channels. Sound is good. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

My wife needed a small tv for her workout area in the sunroom of our house. I bought this for that purpose and it suits the task. It was inexpensive and works well. I know tv’s continue to come down in price so this might not be as good of a deal as when I bought it in spring of 2021, but if you’re looking for a smart tv that won’t overpower a space that has a decent picture and sound, I feel like this is as good an option as any.

Super simple to set up. Attaching the "legs" to the TV was most of set-up time. It wasn't difficult to attach them, just took time. It was an awkward position to lay the tv on its back side to find the screw holes, which are on the bottom of the tv. The tv process walks you thru simple set-up options. A 5-minute setup process and then download the channels you like. I was using wifi and not a cable service. I like the built-in firestick with voice options. Picture is good. Great TV for the price.
