Decent tv

I dont like that it takes so long to start up because it spends too much time looking for wifi internet first before showing the menu. The amazon fire software has a lousy and clumsy user interface, way too much clutter and ads pushing all their crap video services and apps. Once you get past their sales scams the tv works fine

Good sound, excellent picture quality

I had to call bestbuy and thry had it reset and its working well again. Also, the battery cover at the back of the remote control does not fit so we basically using the remote without the back cover. Theres room for improvement. Otherwise, we are enjoying this TV, especially with the Alexa assistance.

Next tv will be much bigger though. Not bad tv for price, great quality too.
