This is a greatv..I am very pleased with it. I find the Amazon fire has made it so easy to use, including the sweet voice of Alexa to help locate shows to watch. It is the perfect size for a smaller living room. I also appreciated having it delivered and set for me.

I like this tv. It fits perfectly in my bedroom. It's a nice size, and the picture is great! I love the Amazon feature with all the apps. I am able to easily access Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Panorama, Spotify, and so much more. I have had it for 2 years now and it works great.

Great TV for our bedroom. Nice quality picture and sound. Great sale price. Takes a couple of steps to turn on but okay after you get used to it. Had a little trouble setting up because we are not that tech savvy but called a number in the booklet and they were very helpful.

Nice tv for my kids they love it since their last one wasn’t a smart tv and this has YouTube built right in. Good picture and easy to use.

The reception and sound are excellent but the set up was a bit hard. I have cable and after it was set up by the geek squad I had to call the next day and was talked through changing the input to another port. Now I have had no problems since.

I love this brand Best Buy always has great sales and great buys this is not my first TV of this brand very easy to use love the remote that you can do voice activation my son also loves it so he can find a cartoon shows he’s looking for

Great price for the functionality and picture quality this provides. I use it in a spare bedroom for guests and gets a great picture with a fast processor, so no delay when streaming. I am probably going to buy another for my screened-in porch.

This product was on sale and I got it for a great price. So far I love everything about it from its ease of use to the multi functionality it has. I love that it includes all of the applications and companies that I’m subscribed to so I can view everything from the Tv alone!

The hardware of this TV is fine. The image is pleasant with no need to tweak, the sound is great, remote works as expected with no issues. The software however was very disappointing. I took over 90 minutes to set up the device. Constant updates, which took painfully long to install upon first use. Then I had to setup an Amazon account to actually use the device which I feel was unnecessary as one would use a web browser without the need to login. Afterwards, I had to create an account for almost every app preinstalled on the device, including the free apps. This "need an account" to do basic tasks anyone reinforces my disdain for "smart" in smart TVs.

Very nice TV for a small bedroom. The picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is surprisingly good for a small set. It takes a little while to figure out how to switch from fire tv to cable tv but once you do its pretty easy. I would recommend this tv

The TV works great, has a super clear picture and with Amazon prime built in it’s really convenient. It also shows my local antenna channels via internet without having to worry about picking up a signal. I really love the voice command with Alexa and being able to sync it with my Fire tablet as well!

This seemed like an incredible buy and it has not disappointed. The picture is very clear and the sound is incredible. The holiday price was so, so good! With the FireStick included, you cannot go wrong with this. I wish I needed more - I would definitely buy this again.

These are great TVs for the price. The wifi feature connects and streams well from a good distance across the house. That was very important to me. The picture is great. The sound needs a small sound bar, it's unnatural and hollow sounding.
