So far all is great except, I have to use the tv remote EVERY time I turn on the the tv to get to HDMI. The cable remote wont work until I do. If your going to air the cable remote with the tv it should work for everything. That way you'd only need one remote.

Love this TV its a perfect size for a bedroom. We have it on our wall and the sleeper timer is the best.

Great investment for my home-office. Insignia brand is excellent for the price, quality and features. No issues in performance. Just wished the legs had a better balance and stand. I would have liked adjustable legs.

Product is fine, but best but could’ve put it in a box. You know it’s Christmas time best buy…left the tv sitting on my front porch in just it’s own box just in time for the kids coming home from school.

Great TV. Lightweight, had so many Smart features. I bought them for my teens rooms, they were just what they needed for gaming and to watch. Picture quality was great too.

This is a television for the guest room. It gets pretty confusing with all of the apps that show up and it is hard to figure out how to use them. Had to call on several occasions to get directions. The picture is very good.

This is the biggest TV I have ever purchased! It was on a superb sale so I took the plunge and don't regret it one bit. The quality of the picture and the sound are awesome and the FireTV package is great, love it and LOVE the TV! Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase!

Great smaller smart tv! Great garage or office tv! Found it was on sale for less money a few weeks later and Best Buy quickly and with no hassle refunded the difference!

Very easy to set up. Very good sound quality. Has great picture for a 720p resolution. The ALEXA feature is easy to use and a nice feature for this small screen size. Has basic input/output connections but enough for most users.

I think it’s great for it’s purpose has a clear picture good sound comes with two “feet” which balance the tv out at each end. Please don’t expect a 4K resolution either. My kids favorite feature, they can access Hulu right from the Alexa remote.

Almost new in the box. Can not beat it for the open box price it was listed at. Has a great picture and fits perfectly for my guest bedroom. It also nas the fire stick already downloaded on the tv for streaming our favorite shows.

This Insignia 32" Glass F20 Smart TV was super easy to set up and is user friendly for my Mother In-law to use. The picture is fantastic alone with the audio.

So far, we are very happy with this bedroom size TV. Nice that this TV has the fire functionality built in, saving us from having to buy another Fire Stick. Picture quality has been great so far, and the HD (720p) meets our needs.

I bought this TV to replace the Insignia smart tv my teen had in her room that was knocked down by our cat. My daughter had the same tv but with Roku, which she loved. She was able to use the spectrum app to access all cable channels without issues. I guess I didn’t do enough research because I didn’t know that fire TVs has so many restrictions with the apps you can get. I was so disappointed after the easy set-up once I realized that we couldn’t get the app so the tv had to go back. The price was $129. I purchased a Samsung smart tv which will allow us to get any app we’d need. Too bad because it was a nice tv.

We love the TV...we thought we had a great picture on our other TV, then we bought this one. It it so much clearer, the colors are so much better. We love it! The hardest part is learning to use everything we have hooked up to it,

Nice tv. Has decent picture quality and sound for the size. Didn't have to tweak the settings to get a good picture. Only complaint, for some reason mine keeps randomly turning on. Not sure why this is happening. No other issues. Currently in the bedroom, but was bought to put in our motorhome.

Great TV for our guest bedroom. Better than any smart TV of different brand as this is powered by Fire TV which means you have the ability to add more apps compared to the ones that are similar priced and just labeled as Smart TV.

I purchased this TV, because my old one clunked out and I can say with all satisfaction, this was a perfect buy. I've had no issues and the picture quality is perfect. I would buy this TV all over again. Thank you for the great deal Best Buy.

I highly recommend this brand!! Picture quality is great. I purchased the 32 inch for my son's bedroom and the 50 inch for my bedroom! Excellent quality!

Great value, great price. However, I only wish amazon, fire TVs had the ability to ping/locate their remotes. I love my fire tv, but I have kids and and a house full of people, and I’ve spent more money on remotes than on the actual tv. It’s financially not worth it anymore!
