This TV is perfect for a small bedroom. The apps respond quickly, the picture is clear, and the price was perfect! Great steal, I mean, deal!

Very good quality, nice size and easy to use, bought it as a present for an elderly and got the hang of it very fast.

Easy-to-setup; program; Lightweight. It too 10 minutes from out the box. The remote was too small but over a good bang for your money.

I am very happy with this TV. It was easy to set up - at first I thought the picture was fuzzy, but it updated itself very quickly. It has a very clear picture and good sound. It gets all the subscription apps: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, IMDB TV, YouTube, etc. - all at the touch of a button - no streaming needed. And Alexa - you can just tell her what you want, and she responds. We purchased a pedestal stand from Amazon, and put it on a lazy susan platform so we can direct the TV wherever needed. I would recommend this TV.

Nothing wrong with the picture, sound quality is fine. I would have given 5 stars but now 2 years later I have one of these TVs that will not pair with any remotes at all, no matter what we do. So we are stuck on the menu following a factory reset and the tv will do nothing more. the other 4 of the same tv we have are working fine, but that one is practically worthless. Also, about 1 year ago they changed the format and the live guide offers almost nothing as far as preset tv channels for free. You have to create an amazon account and upload a bunch of free apps to get any type of free tv channels loaded onto the guide, which is complicated and not what we were looking for as these are guest TVs. This change is really disappointing and takes away the user experience. Other smart TVs just have a guide full of free tv shows which is how the insignia used to be as well. I imagine this round about way to get to channels is also frustrating for those not using amazon, or the elderly.

Love it! Great sale price for a smart 32” tv. Easy setup, great picture quality. I got it to replace the 24” non-smart in my office at work. No need for the fire stick! Only con... Initially, I was a little annoyed that it had no numbers on the remote but, I find no issues getting local channels by presets or voice command. You must be patient with that. I would’ve given a 4 1/2 stars for that reason. But, I gave it a 5 because it meets the standard expectations and it connects to my Alexa. Plus on sale, I paid only $100. Best sale so far compared to competitors! I did a little research first.

The value is outstanding, to get a smart TV that has a quality picture for that low price is truly amazing. The picture quality far exceeds what would be expected of a TV with such a low price, especially given that it's only 720p. The picture is clear, crisp and bright with good contrast and very good colors. The speakers are not very good, but that's nothing a decent sound bar can't fix. The setup was very easy.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at bestbuy thank to my salesperson Jack, if I’m mistaken who took time and patience in assisting to do my tech. Shopping. I’,m a one who not tech savvy yet. But I’m getting better each day. I had no confidence, esteem was lowering, and was completely left out unable to compete w/ the younger gen and even those mid age gen x’ers like myself were coming into the know. It was beginning to feel much like in my very young yrs meeting someone who couldn’t read or write and signed an “x” for their name. But thanks Jack, instilling some confidence, showing & demonstrating whenever Poss, the best for “me” and the best for my beginning .. He let me when I needed him, he would be there at the Westbank New Orleans, LA location willing to asst me any time. That was so comforting, easing all that anxiety that hindering my ability learn. I needed to hear someone say & do such simple , yet meaningful words of wisdom. I explained I damaged my laptop somehow early in Jan. I didn’t have very long. He informed of the Complete tech repair program and I purchased it. I had to bring my lappy into another local due weather cond. I was tod at that store in aMetairie. My computer could not be repaired, because of some reason.. I had accidental protection, but the gentleman said it didn’t cover my problem, however the complete tech covered the 150,00 repair cost that I was going to have to pay. I just lost my mother there’s i cold pay that cost I was, but thankfully Jack had previous discussed the complete tech plan beforehand and that was a lifesaver to have some insurance of sometype for any future misaps on all of my growing collection of electronics thanks to Jack! I have philips colored light bulbs help get good night sleep. I needed that! I didn’t know that was what I would use them me far, but he sold me the many infanite uses that were Poss w/ the millions of color they would provide me! Great guy the tv was open box, it a little prob w/ the feet , balance and those inside to attach. I’m still working w/ that mechanical issue, not a tech issue. But it.s doing the job. After I purchased, he carried out to my car and loaded it in my trunk. Without asking. That’s service going way beyond my expectations and i will return to see Jack again for my tech electronic needs. great guy, great employee. More are needed working the floor there like him. Made a big diff in my experience . Thanks I hope I’m mixing his name, I think it was Jack. i got this tv online for 89(99-10 rewards) i could not be more pleased. the picture is great for 720 and the sound is terrific. i don"t think a sound bar is even need. setup was easy. i had roku and fire tv has them beat hands down-was already a prime member. for quality, value, ease and price, you cannot gl wrong. and it from best buy who always stand behind their products. insiginia, you rock!!!!

Great for its purpose. Works well with good picture. I use it as a spare tv in dining room in hidden cabinet. It’s cute and doesn’t take up much space. Great price

I purchase 2 new, lightweight sets for extra bedrooms. No issues., straightforward instructions and setup. I’m very satisfied with the quality and this purchase.

Have this mounted in our bedroom, it's a perfect size for there and the built in Fire TV options are a nice touch. Great tv for the price!

The tv took about 10 minutes to set up, then another 15 to do passwords and updates. The picture quality is great, and the sound is more than I expected. I am still getting used to the stereo quality. I am very happy with it. Now sometimes the remote does not work as well, so here is that procedure: Turn off TV, remove the batteries from remote, push all buttons two time, put the batteries back, turn tv on, then hold the home button for 2 seconds. I don't know who comes up with this stuff, but that is the way to do it. I hope the web helps you to find this.

TV was easy to setup and looks great! I would recommend this to anyone. Really like that the Fire TV is built in.

installed this in our rv because of the size and weight of this unit. has a good picture and can run the smart tv function using our phones hot spot to watch Netflix hulu ect.

It’s a very good tv it’s amazing it doesn’t look like 720p it’s looks better then most 1080p tv display glad I didn’t spend more money on the 1080p version. The sound is pretty good could use a iittle work but for the prices im not complaining it’s very good .
