Needed to replace a Sharp brand 32 "LED TV that died of old age and this Insignia Smart HDTV from Best Buy was my choice. This is an excellent value and my second Insignia TV. Picture quality is excellent and this TV is loaded with lots of very useful features, many of which I'm still learning about. Set up was very straight forward and the controller easy to navigate and sync with my Xfinity X1 system. Highly recommend this Insignia 32" class HDTV!

This TV was so light when I picked it up at the store. It was so easy to set up and install cable ,etc. Gret picture.

We purchased this tv for my 14 yo son. A few reasons we chose this one: Brand (Best Buy store brand), Size, HDTV, and Amazon Smart TV. It took about 10 minutes to put together. 10 minutes to set up Wifi and Amazon. We use YouTubeTV, so that took 2 minutes to install. And in less than 30 minutes, we were completely finished. Great purchase...so great, that we went back and bought another one...just because. It's not even out of the box yet.

Overall, a very nice TV, it was very cheap and it’s not small but it’s not ginormous, it’s perfect for my bedroom. Had a little tech problem and the remote wasn’t working (it wasn’t the batteries) and had to call the number on the manual but it was fixed in a matter of minutes. I love it, it has games too and you don’t need to purchase a fire stick too, it comes with literally all the streaming apps (that you have an account too). Overall, 9.5/10 I love and use it everyday!

This television is amazing. It is convenient. All of the apps that we routinely use at our fingertips. I purchased this television for a guest bedroom therefore went with the smaller one. Regret. Should have gotten a bigger one and kept it for myself. I am going to be ordering two more, at least. My daughter now wants one for her room and that is only after I get the one for my room. The tv has a clear picture. It is simple to use. It is really a big deal for the price.

first got this when it was on sale back in June It's a good tv for the price it was on sale. Never had a fire tv. Wish I got a roku instead. This tv remote has started un paring not working at all. I have to un plug the tv, count to 30 do the same with the remote.. in the past two days. Worked good. Then wouldn't so I have to do it again..an it just repeats. I wish I got the protection plan..i just wait and buy a new one around December or sooner..depends on how much I can take.

I needed a second T.V. I went to my Best Buy store in Long Island City to purchase a second Insignia 32" N 10 series. They were not in stock, so I purchased a model F 20 instead. It is just as good as the N 10 model. My wife and I love it! It was as easy to set up as the other set. The Dolby Surround Sound is just awesome! I would highly recommend this unit to a friend!

Purchased this for a convalescing relative in my home. As it turns out, she is not with me, but will be coming from a rehab to my home for several months. I set up the tv which was so simple to do, with Amazon fire ready. Picture is clear & vivid & the amazon Fire feature is fantastic. I had previously purchased Amazon Fire stick for my main tv & am so happy with it, that’s why I went with this tv with Amazon Fire. Great value.

Super picture and easy to use. This is a small TV but packs a punch. I bought this for my aunt who resides in a nursing home. This TV sets on her dresser and she watches from her wheelchair. The size is not an issue for her because she is sitting close to the the TV. This TV allows her to stream using tons of apps. I bought it on sale for less than $150 with tax. Awesome deal.

Good TV - nice picture and sound. I have it mounted in my office and use it frequently. The Fire TV software makes it easy to add apps. My only complaint is that I need 2 remotes for DirecTV - the Insignia remote won't control the DirecTV box, and I can't use the TV on-screen menus with the DirecTV remote. It would be great if you could set a default setting for input, for example, if it always started on the HDMI input, that would make things easier.

This TV serves the purpose for what we got it for - It’s small easily fitting into our bedroom, and it has Fire TV built right in so we can use all our services. It’s 720p HD resolution but still looks good enough and the built in speakers are surprisingly useable as well! We have neighbors who also have this model, easy recommendation!

We had purchased two of these tv’s for our college kids and they love it. So, we had to order another one for the house to watch football games outside. This tv is so light weight and easy to carry in/out of the house, which we have a propane heater and enjoy college games on Saturday and NFL games on Sunday.

Just what I was looking for. Small TV for my patio. This fit the bill prrfectly, reasonable price, easy to set up.

I've only brought one large screen tv, and it had a large tube back. I may have been the only person on earth who still had one. When I saw the deal on Best Buy jumped on it. Once I learned how to use it... Well, it's the best way to watch TV, play video games from my PC, and I haven't learned everything yet. Some day when my credit is acceptable for a Best Buy credit card. I'll keep a look out for other Great deals at Best Buy.

Easy set up. Great picture! Probably the only down-side is that it requires a selection every time you turn it back on rather than leaving it on the last selection it was on before you turned it off. Got this tv for my 88 year old mom. Now I have to turn the TV on each morning just because all she cares about is the tv part not the smart part! Both the universal cable and the tv remote are required just to watch tv... That's definately a downside.
