We bought this tv for our parents for their birthday and they love the quality and how easy it is to work.

This Insignia HD Smart Fire TV is wonderful. I love all of its many features. In fact, I love this specific television so much that I purchased two of these less than two months apart, and I would not hesitate to purchase more of them in various sizes, as needed, I did my research homework to find this television, and I am overjoyed that I found this smart television with many features.

We stumbled upon the FireTVs during a Black Friday sale. We bought the 55" Toshiba. It's a great TV with perfect integration and transition between cable and apps. It had great sound and a beautiful picture. We wound up purchasing a 24" for another room and a 39" for yet another room. The 24" and 39" are insignia but the quality is just as good as good as the Toshiba. We actually wound up returning this 32" to exchange for a 39" but all of these FireTVs are wonderful.

It works fine for me, but tv is a little slow sometimes with the streaming apps. Although, I have only had it a year and a half and the remote stopped responding to the tv. I read the reviews through Amazon and this seems to be quite a common issue with this specific one. I highly recommend you get a protection plan just in case. Im currently in the process of getting a new remote through GeekSquad

We bought this for my daughters rooms and it is pretty good for the price. Set up was easy, the only thing that took a couple minutes was signing into everything. We like the fact that you are able to have an Alexa device built into the tv. The remote for the tv is similar to other fire devices, which are pretty simplistic. It is nice to have the ability to switch between different platforms (Netflix/Disney+) without having to put an additional box on the tv.

Great tv. Good size for my moms bedroom. It did have a weird glitch the first week where it kept turning on. It's stopped since but i cant say how it got fixed. The UI is great and its much faster to switch from app to app than their other one from 3 years ago. The Alexa feature on the remote is awesome! We had to change the name of our amazon echo though because the echo kept responding. We did get it as a black friday deal and so far no complaints!
