    Excellent price and great value for the $100 that i paid. However, the remote eats batteries liked there is no tomorrow! ! I think the remote is Godzilla on steroids! ! ! ;( I bought 50 batteries to keep me going!! See photo.

    Functional for young kids, Lag between video/audio

    We purchased this for the kids' game room and were initially happy thanks to the ease of install and setup. What we've found through use is that there is an obvious delay between audio and video when using streaming services (DirecTVNOW, Prime, and Netflix). There is also a lag with video when playing games through the Composite and Antenna inputs that makes the games unplayable. Seeing that those are the two things this system was purchased to do, I am not satisfied with my purchase. Wishing to return it, but Best Buy's site says I cannot since the return window closed on 12/30/2019. I guess the website has a typo? We will have to see what warranty options exist.

    Remote loves batteries

    I like this TV . I purchased it on May 24th, 2021. It is June18th, 2021.... However...... i have went through 12 and 12 batteries for the remote!!! I am going to purchase another remote... i am very upset because without the remote you cannot do anything with the TV! I will think again before getting this TV again

    Tv was damaged when received. Too much trouble to ship back. Daughters Christmas present and the screen is messed up.

    This was a returned TV that was Geek Squad certified and fully function tested. Not sure what happened but boy did they screw this up. Straight out of the box the picture is totally unusable. Returning it tomorrow.

    Piece of junk. Since setting up the TVs don’t nothing but update. Completely unusable. I’ve been stuck on this last screen for over 30 minutes. Every time I turn it on it has to update something else. Still have yet to be able to watch it. Returning in the morning. Don’t waste your time.

    The tv was purchased on the 7th. I would say 3 weeks after I noticed some apps would show half an image. So no, this is not a good purchase. I do not recommend.

    One of the most troubling tv remotes to pair!! and would like to see a better way to connect besides that issue tv preforms as it should.

    We have had it for 5 months and it's only used for gaming -which isn't much since it's summer and everyone is outside. An internal crack formed - see pictures. It "Looks' like someone hit it with a controller but the last picture shows the screen is fully intact - not a scratch. So this happened internally. It's very frustrating and we won't be buying another insignia product.

    TV wasn’t available for pick up as promised. TV was shipped 1.5 weeks later. Gift for our daughter for Christmas. TV is a piece a crap and has busted screen but no physical damage to the box. Poor quality and would not recommend.

    returned for refund. 720p, 60 refresh rate, not good enough. (I'd rather get my 2011 Samsung 55" 3D Blu-ray SmartTV fixed that cannot access Channels and Network. Qwerty Remote cannot power off the TV. Needs software or hardware repair. What is Samsung's parts repair source?)

    The TV that’s OK but the remote is suck I just bought it maybe couple months ago so now The remote is not working so I had to buy the new remote . so next time I’m not gonna buy that TV again

    Dont buy it. The screen goes out often. Tv takes a while to come on and As soon as it turns on it freezes

    Unless I got really old really fast this display only displays and 720p which is understandable for the price I’m paying, but it doesn’t look like 720 P
